With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the interaction process of the common development of teachers and students has received widespread attention.Good interaction between teachers and students is conducive to the cultivation of students' core quality and the promotion of students' all-round development.The study of teacher-student interaction in senior high school biology classroom can help the front-line teachers to obtain objective classroom teaching quality evaluation information,change the concept and attitude of interaction,and then improve the design of interaction behavior,adjust their language behavior in the actual teaching process,so as to achieve self-directed professional growth.Based on the research at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of senior high school biology,this study improves the Flanders interactive analysis system as the analysis tool of this study.In the activity of "one teacher,one excellent course,one teacher for one lesson",8 high-quality courses were selected,and 6 conventional courses were selected in a model high school in Nanjing.We compared the high-quality courses with the conventional courses and the classrooms of teachers with different professional titles.The analysis angles were classroom speech structure,question type,technology or model,teaching style,emotional characteristics,teacher-student question and answer,etc.At the same time,combined with the detailed analysis of the actual classroom video,teacher interviews and other qualitative research,with Flanders interactive analysis system as the basic framework,a simple evaluation table of teacher-student interaction in senior high school biology classroom is obtained.The evaluation table is used for case analysis of two classes,the results of the two are basically consistent.Therefore,it can provide a new way of thinking for the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research.Finally,the basic interactive characteristics of senior high school biology classroom are summarized as follows:(1)teachers' speech is the main language structure in both conventional and high-quality classes;(2)There are many types of questions in high quality class,and more attention is paid to open-ended question and answer mode.There are many types of questions with low cognitive level in the regular class;(3)the application of technology and model in conventional classes is not flexible enough;(4)teachers in high-quality classes mainly have indirect influence,while teachers in conventional classes have direct influence(5)the classroom atmosphere of high-quality class and conventional class is more harmonious.Based on the above research,the paper puts forward the interactive strategies of teachers and students in biology classroom in Senior High School:(1)optimize the classroom speech structure and build an equal dialogue platform for teachers and students;(2)The combination of questioning mode and type of questioning is used to ask questions;(3)Promote the emotional exchange between teachers and students,and cultivate the questioning spirit of students;(4)Specifically evaluate the students' answers,pay attention to guidance and prompt.
