Social Work Intervenes In The Practice And Exploration Of Smart Home Care Services ——Take J Community In Zhengzhou As An Example

China is in the midst of a large wave of population aging,and the problem of old-age care has become a social problem that cannot be ignored.There are three basic pension models in China: home care,community pension and institutional pension.However,with the continuous expansion of pension pressure,home care has become the mainstream pension model.In recent years,the rapid development of "Internet" and "big data" has given new technical strength to home care,and smart home care has become a new trend in the practice of old-age care in various places,providing a new thinking direction for China to alleviate the pressure of old-age care and actively cope with aging.However,as an emerging pension model,there are many problems that need to be solved in the actual development process.Social work plays an important role in serving the elderly,and the emergence of smart old-age care also puts forward higher requirements for the service mode of social workers.How to use its unique advantages and working methods to integrate professional social work into the development of smart home care is an important part of the current development of the pension industry.From the perspective of social work,this study clarifies the concepts and theories related to smart home care after consulting the literature related to smart home care at home and abroad,and provides a reference for this paper;Subsequently,the participatory observation method and interview method were used to comprehensively understand the development of smart home care in J community in Zhengzhou City,collect relevant data on the development status of smart home care service in J community,analyze the demand for smart home care service for the elderly and the problems existing in the development of smart home care,and provide full preparation for practical work;After that,under the guidance of social support theory and energy enhancement theory,guided by the needs of smart home care services for the elderly in J community,the wisdom home care service of J community is intervened by case work and group work methods,aiming to help the elderly group build a social mutual assistance support network,realize resocialization,guide the elderly group to correctly understand the wisdom of home care services,tap their own potential,alleviate digital panic,and realize the energy of smart old-age care technology,thereby improving the quality of life and happiness of the elderly group in their later years.Finally,the effectiveness and shortcomings of social work intervention are analyzed and summarized,and on this basis,rationalization suggestions are put forward for the development of smart home care services from the three aspects of government,community and social work,so as to provide experience and reference for future social work intervention in smart home care services.
