Since the university's enrollment have growing,employment of university graduates have been difficult,need to be sloved quickly. The science had many research on university student'sobtain employment,while this paper is research on labour force market segmentation theorys.Statistical data show that the transition process in its labor market segmentation in China is more serious.On this background many university graduates as "putting a bed in big city, not living one room in rural ", but the big city employer can not absorb more graduates. Therefore university student's obtain employment's problem could be lysis and resolve not left on the Chinese labor market segmentation's solution,while our labor market segmentation have transverse segmentation and longitudinal segmentation.Firstly in this paper analyzes labour force market segmentation on transverse segmentation include urban and rural segmentation,ownership segmentation,region segmentation and industry segmentation have been on the impact of university graduates,then analyzes longitudinal segmentation in the education investment imbalance, relative surplus of education and internal occupational level ,all these things have been impact on university student's obtain employment,at last for these existing problems's resolved should graduates themselves, graduates'sparents, schools, government's agencies do some things to resolve this problem on labour force market segmentation.
