Education is related to the future of the country and the entire nation.Compulsory education in elementary and middle schools,as the foundation of education,is highly valued by the Party Central Committee and the state.How to fully mobilize teachers' enthusiasm for work on the one hand,encourage and guide in-service teachers to devote themselves to teaching work and stimulate their creativity and potential,and at the same time further make the teaching profession more competitive in job selection and attractive to outstanding talents,,is an important issue that the whole society need to study and solve.Based on the existing research results of elementary and middle school teachers 'motivation issues,this paper uses the author's corporate work experience to cross-field and innovatively put forward the research idea of “ learning on corporate motivation management experience to transform elementary and secondary school teachers 'motivation mechanisms”to motivate enterprises successfully Practice organic comparison and integration with the needs of elementary and middle school teacher motivation system construction,further improve the theoretical research content of elementary and middle school teacher motivations and elementary and elementary school motivation management plans,and then give strategic suggestions for constructing and improving the existing elementary and middle school teacher motivation mechanism.This research is mainly divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly analyzes and puts forward the background of the generation of the motivation mechanism of elementary and middle school teachers,the research purpose and significance,the current research status at home and abroad,and the general ideas and methods of this research.The second part is the definition of the concept and the explanation of the theoretical basis,which mainly introduces the concepts related to the motivation of elementary and middle school teachers and the motivation theory.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of the motivation mechanism for primary and secondary school teachers.It mainly selects some primary and secondary schools in Jingdezhen City as an example to introduce the actual situation of the construction and operation of the motivation mechanism for primary and secondary school teachers.The fourth part is about the problems and reasons of the motivation mechanism for primary and middle school teachers.It mainly analyzes the problems of the existing mechanism and the causes behind it on the basis of research and interviews.The fifth part is about the motivation mechanism of a certain enterprise and its reference.It mainly introduces the design and operation status of the internal staff motivation mechanism of a military industrial enterprise in Jingdezhen where the author is located,and makes a preliminary analysis of the feasibility of applying it to teacher motivations.The sixth part is the strategic suggestions for the management of primary and middle school teachers to adopt the corporate motivation mechanism.Mainly based on the previous analysis,four main suggestions are given for the management of elementary and middle school teachers to learn from the use of corporate motivations.Through this research,the author systematically puts forward the countermeasures to construct and improve the existing elementary and middle school teacher motivation mechanism: grasp the policy opportunity of the central government to improve the elementary and middle school teacher motivation mechanism,build a performance evaluation system with value chain management as the core,and improve the qualifications The management-based teacher management system combines material motivations and spiritual motivations organically.
