After Macao was turned over to the mainland and the gambling license was opened, Macao economy makes great progress. With the economic development, the education reformation has to catch up with the steps of economic development. Teachers are the masters of the school, and the quality of teachers' work determines the future of the school.Facing to the realism of the fairly eligible quality of the teacher in Macao primary school, both the Macao government and the schools are beginning to emphasize the teacher management. In the management theory, motivation can promote the people's work enthusiasm and inspire their potential. Therefore teacher motivation becomes one of the effective method to develop teachers. The study of teacher motivation gets great attention.This article first introduced motivation theory correlation research results, analyzed the problems existing in the teachers' needs and motivation. Eight schools were selected to be the sample investigation object in Macao, and were provided the examination table designed by myself to carry on the teachers' job satisfaction questionnaire survey. Interview carried on the degree of satisfaction lets me obtain the first detailed material and makes me understand the present situation of the degree of satisfaction of primary teachers in Macao. Through the interview result and the investigation data, finally indicated, Macao primary teachers' job satisfaction overall scores are not high. The scores of the six factors in degree of satisfaction arranged from high to tow as the following: works itself, the working conditions, the interpersonal relationship, the economical reward, the leader management, the training promotion. And to the sex, the age (teaching seniority), professor the subject different teachers' work degree of satisfaction has carried on the comparative analysis. Thus proposed the primary teacher manage core: The teacher motivation and analyzed the primary teachers' work characteristic and the needs characteristic. Proposed in this foundation the primary teacher drove the mechanism constructs the ponder, proposed must establish the perfect primary teacher salary mechanism, the training promotion mechanism, the teacher appraises mechanism and so on the important research results.This article devotes locally to practices the situation, promulgates the local school teachers' job satisfaction information, manages for the Macao primary teacher provides the model, for the local teacher management and the drive to the scientific style, the modernized development provides the important reference.
