| Enterprise participation in vocational education is an important way for the development of vocational education in our country,and it is the only way to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality skilled personnel.With the continuous increase of the status of the main body of enterprises participating in running schools,the problem of insufficient motivation for participation has gradually become prominent: enterprises have a strong willingness to participate in the running of vocational education but insufficient actual participation;the forms of participation in running schools are limited to shallow levels and insufficient depth,and so on.All these conditions indicate that my country’s enterprises have not yet formed a broad and effective mechanism for participating in vocational education.Based on this,the research is based on system theory and field dynamics theory,taking enterprises as the research object,aiming at constructing a motivation mechanism for enterprises to participate in vocational education running schools,and using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,and interview methods to help Chinese enterprises participate in vocational education running schools.Research on the power elements and power generation mechanism of the company.First,analyze the internal laws of dynamic mechanism based on system theory and field dynamic theory.The research combines system theory and literature research to divide the motivation factors of enterprises participating in vocational education into two dimensions and eight factors: "internal motivation factors" and "external motivation factors",and conduct SFP analysis of the motivation mechanism as the theoretical basis for the construction of the motivation mechanism.Second,empirical research and data collection.On the one hand,the questionnaire survey method is used to analyze the composition and action path of the power elements: after a self-compiled questionnaire was used to survey 647 heads of enterprises in Guangdong Province,it was found that there are differences in the participation motivation of enterprises with different characteristics;the role of internal and external power elements can stimulate Enterprise participation motivation;internal motivation factors play a part of the intermediary role in the influence of external motivation factors on the characteristics of corporate participation motivation.On the other hand,the interview method was adopted to further explore the deep-seated reasons for the results of the questionnaire survey: After selecting 15 business leaders to conduct interviews,it was found that the company’s participation in the long-term benefits and human resources are the biggest driving force for the company ’s participation in running schools;the company began to pay attention to the role of technology improvement and society Capital promotes its role,but lacks a sense of social responsibility;corporate capabilities and characteristics affect the motivation of companies to participate in running schools;the lack of policy and system guarantees in the process of corporate participation and the lack of market leadership in corporate participation have become obstacles to corporate participation.Finally,the model is constructed and the mechanism implementation path is proposed.Based on survey research and interview research conclusions,we construct a dynamic mechanism model for enterprises to participate in vocational education.It is believed that the dynamic mechanism model should include four stages: power initiation,power acceleration,power integration and power stabilization,and internal and external power factors play a different role in stages.In the power mechanism model,the four main bodies of government,market,industry and school are involved.In order to realize the effective operation of the power mechanism,the study proposes the realization path of the power mechanism model based on the four main bodies: enterprises change their participation attitudes and increase their participation consciousness;the government improves policies System,build participation guarantee;market play a leading role,strengthen participation norms;school strengthen its own construction,increase the attractiveness of cooperation;the dynamic integration of participating subjects to form a joint force for participation. |
