With the rapid development of social economy and science technology,The society's demand for engineering talents is increasing day by day,and engineering thinking has become a need for social development in the new era.Engineering and engineering thinking have been paid more and more attention in the basic education stage of our country.The 2017 edition of the elementary science curriculum standards adds new content in the field of "Technology and Engineering",which makes cultivating students' engineering thinking in teaching an inevitable trend in the development of current science courses.After combing the relevant research on the teaching of scientific engineering thinking in elementary schools in my country,it is found that there is a lack of effective teaching strategies based on engineering thinking that conform to the new curriculum standards and new textbooks in the current science subject teaching;Science teachers not only lack of engineering teaching experience,but also lack of effective teaching guidance for cultivating students' engineering thinking,and there are practical difficulties in engineering teaching.In elementary school science classes,students have insufficient basic understanding of engineering and engineering thinking,lack of interest in engineering design,and lack of practical ability of students,and other manifestations of lack of engineering thinking.This research first sorts out the existing teaching research on engineering thinking in elementary school science.Secondly,it interprets the engineering thinking in the 2017 edition of the new standard for elementary science curriculum and the engineering thinking in the science and education edition of the elementary science textbook published in 2017 from multiple perspectives.Teachers and students analyzed the plight of engineering thinking training in engineering teaching in elementary science classrooms and its reasons.Finally,based on the above research,three teaching strategies for cultivating students ' engineering thinking in science teaching were put forward based on this.Three teaching strategies,analyzing three teaching cases based on engineering thinking to reconstruct its teaching,expecting to achieve the established teaching goals and effectively promote the development of students' engineering thinking.
