The layered teaching method is a kind of teaching method in which the teachers have targeted the implementation of the layered teaching in order to reach different levels of teaching purposes under the circumstances that the students' knowledge base,intellectual factors and non-intelligence factors are significantly different.The implementation of the layered teaching method avoids some students from doing nothing after finishing the assignments in the classroom.At the same time,all students experience learning and success and enhance their confidence in learning.At the same time,the hierarchical teaching method is also combined with the quality education that we have been advocating,tailoring students' development methods to suit themselves,and improving the overall quality of students.Therefore,the layered teaching method is introduced into teaching and training to comply with the current needs of the higher education for the student's professional training and the individual's physical and mental development.In recent years,some researchers have introduced layered teaching methods into the study of sports disciplines.Badminton is a traditional advantage item in China's competitive sports,and it is also a popular group sports program with high participation.The number of people who like badminton sports is on a rising trend year by year,and there are also hot explosions in colleges and universities.College sports specialty is a specialized institution for training sports talents." 100-year plan,education-based",how to improve teaching quality,effectively motivate students' learning motives,and enhance the sports skills and professional qualities of specialized sports professionals are issues that deserve attention and research at present and afterwards.Based on this,this research adopts a variety of scientific research methods such as literature,experiment,and logic analysis,and uses layered teaching in the application of step-by-step teaching methods for specialized badminton for sports.The 28 male students of the 2014 Badminton Training Class of the College were the subjects of the experiment.They tried to explore and consider the influence of stratified teaching on footwork teaching through experiments,and sought to bring about teaching in different projects,different teaching methods and different levels.The change.This will further explore teaching policies and provide possible theoretical references and practical support for the cultivation of talents in the sports industry.Through analysis and discussion of the results of the study,the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)The layered teaching can improve the endurance of the lower limbs,the strength of the lower extremities,and the ability to move quickly in short distances.(2)The layered teaching can improve the stability of the badminton footwork and make the placement of the ball more accurate.(3)The layered teaching can improve the flexibility of the badminton footwork movement and make the footwork move faster.(4)The layered teaching can improve the legitimacy of the badminton footwork,and the result of the competition is better.
