Multi-directional mobile training is a kind of non-directional training,in which the exercisers use all kinds of auxiliary equipment, signal stimulation and Movement training, etc.,combined with various prescribed graphic exercises and reaction training, etc.,enables the exerciser to achieve the ability to quickly adjust the body posture and complete the change of direction or make reasonable efforts at different angles with various body posture conditions. This multi-directional mobile training method originated from abroad and was first applied to the rehabilitation training of sports medicine. With the continuous development of modern competitive sports, training science and technology are constantly progressing and innovating. In recent years, this training concept and method have been gradually integrated into different projects in different fields. In many projects at home and abroad, such as basketball, football, tennis, table tennis, rugby, martial arts,etc.,multi-directional mobile training has been innovated and developed, and the effectiveness of this training method has been reflected in actual combat.Footwork is the mother of badminton, and it is also called the soul of badminton. The sports characteristics of badminton require athletes to approach the ball and find it by different moving footwork according to the speed, radian, line and landing point of the opponent’s incoming ball, and keep the ball at its most comfortable and reasonable high position to finish hitting the ball.Fast badminton footwork can guarantee the implementation of various hitting techniques and techniques of athletes in the course of the game, and constantly lay the foundation for winning the game.In this paper, the multidirectional movement training method is applied to badminton footwork training, and the experimental intervention is carried out for 12 weeks. It is analyzed whether multidirectional movement training has an impact on badminton footwork, what kind of impact it has, whether it is appropriate to try to combine it with badminton footwork training, and its impact is analyzed and summarized.Through the horizontal and vertical analysis and comparison between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,a more optimized training method is provided for badminton footwork training. In this study, using the methods of literature review, expert interview, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and experiment, the badminton team members of Yunnan Agricultural University were taken as the experimental objects, and the experimental group and the control group were set up respectively. The experimental group was trained by multidirectional movement, while the control group was trained by non-multidirectional movement. The evaluation index system adopted in the experiment is 20×5 round-trip running, standing long jump,Illinois agile running, the "meter" moving gait, the diagonal four-point gait, and the badminton 7-9 grade test.According to the data, there is no perfect test standard and method for badminton footwork test indicators. Most of the evaluation indicators of footwork in previous research literature are based on the evaluation of physical fitness related to footwork, but the in-place hitting part of badminton footwork structure has not been evaluated.Through expert interviews, this paper determines that badminton grade 7-9 test is the evaluation system for in-place hitting. After comparing and analyzing the test results before and after the experiment, the following conclusions are drawn:1.The results show that after one semester’s training, both the experimental group and the control group have obviously improved their scores, but the experimental group with multi-directional mobile training has a more significant effect.2.The experimental results show that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of the four-point training effect of 20X5 round-trip running, standing long jump and diagonal line. There are significant differences in Illinois agile running,"meter" footwork and badminton grade 7-9 test scores, and the experimental group is better than the control group.Multi-directional movement training has a greater impact on footwork.3.It is feasible to apply multidirectional movement training to badminton footwork training, and it has good comprehensive effect. After a period of training, there is no difference between the experimental group and the control group in some indexes, but in most tests, the multi-directional moving training method has a greater impact on badminton footwork and better training effect.4.Multi-direction moving training method is a good training method, and it is hoped that more researchers in badminton field and other projects can study it more deeply,so that its application value can be improved.
