In September 2014,the State Council proclaimed the "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System",The "Implementation Opinions" clearly proposed the abolition of liberal arts and sciences subjects,students can choose their own elective examination subjects independently according to their own favorite and specialty.The subjects of college entrance examination will be changed into three compulsory subjects: Chinese,math and foreign language,and then choose three subjects in other six subjects.This mode is also called "3+3" mode.The scores are made up of the three required subjects: Chinese,math,foreign language and the three optional subjects.Subsequently,various parts of the country have introduced the reform plan of this area.Shandong province,as one of the 4pilot programs of the second batch of college entrance examination reform,will officially launch in 2017,and enrollment model will be implemented in 2020.This thesis mainly uses the method of questionnaire and interview method to survey the author for the students of the school and teachers,to understand in the context of the new college entrance examination,the major consideration when high school students choose subjects,the school's strategy to help students select subjects,students' learning situation after his choice,and the different biology teaching strategies practice how to carry out in different subject combination.And analyzes the problems found in the process of the above,The corresponding reference measures and suggestions are given.This study provides theoretical and practical guidance for the high-quality development of education in Qingdao West Coast New Area.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey,interview,teaching practice research and other methods to investigate how to carry out class selection and the practice of stratified biology teaching after class selection.The research results are as follows:1.The school formulated the program of class selection and achieved initial good results.Through guidance,most students can choose their favorite subject combinations.2.The results of the questionnaire show that the main factors affecting students' choice of courses are their grades and interests.After choosing courses,students' learning state and enthusiasm have been improved.3.The results of teacher interviews are as follows: After stratified teaching,the amount of lesson preparation and teaching tasks of teachers has increased,and the assessment and evaluation system should be further improved.4.The results of teaching practice are as follows: Stratified teaching of biology subject between different combinations is carried out.Through paired sample T test,stratified teaching effect of liberal arts combination is significant,while stratified teaching effect of partial science combination combination is not significant.According to the results of this study and combined with the actual situation of the school,relevant suggestions are put forward for the course selection and class walking system and biological practice teaching:(1)The guidance work of course selection needs to be improved.It is suggested to systematically carry out education of student career planning and improve students' ability of course selection.(2)Strengthen professional training for teachers and provide useful information for students to choose courses.(3)Encourage parents to make full use of social resources and be learning parents.(4)Improve the teacher evaluation system,improve the enthusiasm of teaching.(5)By selecting test questions,more exercises and other ways to exercise students' ability to extract topic information,overcome the fear of difficulties encountered,and fully tap the learning potential of students who prefer science combination.
