This year is the 42 nd year for China to resume the college entrance examination system.The college entrance examination system has undergone more than 30 reforms since 1977,to become more perfect and be more consistent with the fast development trend of modern society.The year of 2014 is a turning point in the reform of college entrance examination system.China proposes to establish a college entrance examination system with Chinese characteristics until 2020.In order to explore the college entrance examination and enrollment system,a middle school in Guangdong Province is taken as an example in this study.Under the "3 + 1 + 2" mode of the new college entrance examination,various situations or phenomena during the course of students selecting subjects in the middle school are investigated by a questionnaire survey and documentary research.Combined with the school situation,the theory of people-oriented and people-oriented comprehensive development,the reasons or influencing factors and get countermeasures or suggestions are analysed.This article is divided into three parts.The first part is the first chapter,which explains the reason,purpose and significance of the research,research methods,research design,literature review,research concepts etc..The second part includes the second,third,fourth and fifth chapters.The second chapter describes the basis and theories of the reform of the new college entrance examination mode and explains that the reform of the new college entrance examination mode is an important part of the new era and that the selection of subjects is the core part of the reform of the new college entrance examination mode.It analyzes the theoretical basis of people-oriented and all-round development of people in the new college entrance examination.The third chapter is the survey part,including the basic situation of the students and teachers,students' selecting subjects,the influencing factors of selecting subjects and the assistance they want,the guidance provided by teachers in students' selecting subjects,teachers' professional level etc..The fourth chapter analyzes the problems under the new college entrance examination mode.The fifth chapter is mainly based on the problems summed up in the fourth chapter to put forward the corresponding management suggestions or countermeasures.The third part is the conclusion part,which is used to summarize reflections and prospects of this study.This study believes that under the new college entrance examination mode,thecorresponding management work that schools need to carry out should comply with the four characteristics of standardization,nativity,authenticity and guidance when students select subjects.Schools should adopt the corresponding management method as One "Center",Five "Guides",which respectively refer to student center,subjects guidance,vocation guidance,school guidance,psychology guidance and family guidance.Therefore,the school will achieve more effective results in the future management work during the course of subject selection.
