| Mathematics,as a basic subject,has been widely used in different fields with the rapid development of science and technology and economy.Mathematics education,especially problem solving has always been the research hotspot by mathematics educators in various countries all over the world.The thought method of mathematics is not only the essence of the subject but also the theoretical basis of analyzing and solving problems.Therein,the thought of transformation and transformation is one of the most important ways in mathematics.The thought is almost permeated every process of solving mathematical problem.Students’ ability to solve problem depends largely on their ability of transformation and the thought of transformation.The author,a senior high school practical teacher with teaching practice experience as well as investigation and analysis,found that the current transformation and conversion ability of senior high school students is not ideal,while teachers also have some deficiencies in the understanding and penetration of the transformation and conversion thought.The author hopes that this paper can provide some reference for front-line teachers and help to improve students’ problem-solving ability.First of all,through literature reference,the author understands the research status of the thought of transformation and transformation at home and abroad,and specifically analyzes the essence and connotation of the thought of transformation and transformation,the principles of transformation and transformation,as well as the common methods of transformation and transformation in high school mathematics problem solving.In short,the thought of transformation and transformation is an ideological method to transform the problems that need to be solved in mathematics through the processes of observation,analysis,association and analogy t,follow the principles of familiarity,simplification,and visualizations;select the appropriate methods,and then sum up some problems that have been resolved or are relatively easy to solve.Secondly,through interviews and questionnaires,some teachers and students in our school are taken as the research objects,respectively from the perspective of teachers and students to analyze the application status of transformation and transformation in high school math problem solving,and analyze the corresponding reasons.The research shows that at present,high school teachers can realize the important role of transformation and transformation in high school mathematics problem solving,and also consciously permeate the teaching to some extent.However,there are still many students who have difficulties in solving the mathematical problems.And the ability of transformation and conversion needs to be improved.Thirdly,combined with the teaching practice experience,this paper analyzes the concrete embodiment of the transformation and transformation thought from the aspects of number series of three-dimensional geometry,function,analytical geometry and inequality in high school mathematics.Here,it focuses on some representative problems in the College Entrance Examination questions in recent years,combined with the problems existing in the students’ problem-solving process,specifically analyze the teacher’s handling methods and practical effects in the teaching process.It also provides a problem-solving teaching case of the Common Recursive Sequence General Term Formula,and makes a detailed analysis of the classroom practice.Then,through experience summary,combined with case analysis,the application of transformation and transformation in high school mathematics problem solving is introduced.This paper mainly analyzes the application of the idea of transformation and conversion in solving problems of high school mathematics from several key modules of sequence,function,solid geometry,analytic geometry and inequality,combined with the examination questions of high school in recent years.In addition,it provides the teaching case of solving the problems of the Common Recursive Sequence General Term Formula,and analyzes how to infiltrate and transform the ideas in the teaching by combining with the teaching practice.Finally,combined with the investigation and research,the author puts forward some teaching suggestions.First,we should change the teaching concept and pay attention to the main role of students.Second,we should deeply explore the teaching village and realize the return to thought.Third,we should pay attention to the teaching of basic knowledge such as concepts,theorems and formulas,and pay attention to the relationship between knowledge.Fourth,we should guide students to apply the idea of transformation through variant training.The fifth is to strengthen the training of multiple solutions and integration of multiple solutions;the sixth is to guide students to summarize in time.Mastering the basic knowledge and methods is the basis of realizing transformation and transformation.Careful observation,reasonable analogy and rich association are the bridges of transformation.Actively discovering the essential relationship between things,a deep understanding of typical example exercises and a more comprehensive summary will help to improve the transformation and transformation ability and strengthen the strain ability in
