| Instructional design is the presupposition and navigation of primary school Chinese teaching activities.It is an important and basic work in daily teaching.A reasonable,scientific and standardized instructional design is the premise and guarantee of effective classroom teaching.Novice Chinese teachers in primary schools are lack of educational theoretical reserves and teaching experience accumulation,and there are many problems in instructional design.If these problems cannot be effectively solved,it will not only directly affect the quality of classroom teaching in the short term,but also not conducive to the long-term professional growth of novice teachers.Exploring the difficulties in the instructional design of novice Chinese teachers in primary schools,analyzing the causes of the problems,and finding breakthroughs in improving the instructional design are very important issues that we need to focus on at present.The focus of this research is on the changes in the instructional design of novice Chinese teachers in primary school at different stages.Teacher A who has been teaching for nearly three years with master degree of education is selected as the research object,mainly using the method of case study,through interviews,observation and physical analysis,in a way of combining narrative and discussion striving to truly and objectively show the problems encountered by teacher A in instructional design at the beginning of teaching and the changes after a certain accumulation and growth.Taking this as a reference,this research explores the important influencing factors which can contribute to the improvement of instructional design of novice Chinese teachers in primary school,and meanwhile provide some references and inspiration in instructional design so as to help to promote the professional growth of novice Chinese teachers in primary school.This research is divided into four parts.Firstly,the introduction section contains the purpose,premise,foundation and overview of the research.The second part is an in-depth description and analysis of teacher A’s instructional design.It explains the entry preparation of teacher A during the pre-service training period,and then records and summarizes the problems and breakthroughs of teacher A’s instructional design through the characteristics and dynamic development of teacher A’s instructional design in the two different stages including the induction adaptation period and the ability formation period.The third part is to extract and summarize the valuable experience on the improvement of teacher A’s instructional design,and analyze it through internal and external aspects.Among them,the internal factor is teacher A’s own efforts,and the external factor is the assistance of the school’s external security to teacher A.Finally,some lessons and inspirations for the instructional design of novice teachers are summarized trough the review of this research.(1)The education department establishes a long-term mechanism for improving the instructional design of novice teachers;(2)The school provides a platform for the development of novice teachers’ instructional design;(3)Novice teachers strengthen the self-awareness of instructional design development. |
