Mathematics classroom introduction refers to the introduction of new knowledge in the classroom or at the beginning of teaching activities,teachers design closely related materials according to classroom goals,consciously stimulate students’ learning motivation,lead students into the mathematics classroom core knowledge learning teaching process.Novice teachers have no experience in classroom instruction since they have just entered the teaching job,but there is little research on the current situation of classroom instruction for novice teachers of mathematics in senior high schools.Therefore,the article studies the following two questions:(1)senior high school mathematics novice teacher classroom introduction teaching present situation how?(2)What are the suggestions for optimizing the current situation of introduction teaching for novice teachers of mathematics in senior high schools?The novice mathematics teachers in senior high school were selected as the research objects,this paper adopts three research methods: Questionnaire,classroom observation and interview,based on the basic situation,the way,the function,the principle,the length,the effect and reflection of classroom introduction,a survey on the introduction of novice mathematics teachers in senior high school.Through the investigation of the introduction of novice mathematics teachers in the classroom in high school,we find that:(1)the novice mathematics teachers usually design the introduction materials from three aspects: studying the teaching materials carefully,combining the actual situation of the students with the objectives of the mathematics classroom,and designing the introduction materials on the Internet,it is presented mainly in the form of multi-media;(2)novice Teachers’ cognition and use of classroom introduction are a little single,mainly by introduction of old knowledge,introduction of mathematical problems and introduction of living examples;(3)the novice teachers pay more attention to the connection between the old knowledge and the new knowledge,but less to the infiltration of mathematical thinking methods,mathematical culture and emotional attitude values;(4)most novice teachers’ classroom introduction is too simple,does not reflect students’ subjectivity,and seldom designs different classroom introduction for different classes;(5)novice teachers’ cognition and use of classroom introduction time are quite different,however,it is mainly concentrated in about 3-5 minutes,and there are very few novice teachers who have not properly arranged the time of classroom introduction,which leads to the waste of time;(6)the novice teacher classroom introduction teaching effect is good,will reflect own positively in the classroom introduction teaching existence question.According to the current teaching situation of induction of novice teachers in senior high school,this paper puts forward the following relevant teaching suggestions:(1)In the classroom introduction teaching with a variety of teaching AIDS in the form of a combination of presentation;(2)A comprehensive understanding of the classroom introduction,choose a variety of ways to conduct the introduction;(3)Correct understanding of high school mathematics classroom introduction,clear classroom introduction role;(4)Attach importance to the student’s main position in the introduction teaching in the high school mathematics classroom;(5)Carefully design the introduction in the high school mathematics classroom,reasonably arrange the introduction time in the classroom.
