Teaching reflection is an effective way to promote teachers' professional growth,improve teachers' professional accomplishment and help teachers adapt to teaching.Therefore,teachers' ability of teaching reflection,factors affecting teaching reflection and strategies to promote teaching reflection are paid more and more attention by educational researchers and educational practitioners.This study mainly uses interview method,questionnaire survey method,literature method and work analysis method to investigate novice teachers' reflection.This study makes an in-depth analysis of the level of teaching reflection and the influencing factors.The level of teaching reflection includes cognitive level,motivation level,method level and content level.Influencing factors include school factors and self factors.The survey finds that the reflective cognition of primary school teachers is at the third level;the reason of reflection,the method of reflection and the content of reflection are at the second level.The overall level of teaching reflection of primary teachers is at second level.There are several problems in the process of teaching reflection.First of all,teachers neglect the theory and the practice of teaching reflection.In addition,it is not positive enough for the novice teachers to carry out teaching reflection.Besides,the novice teachers usually carry out their own introspection and lack of teaching reflective strategies.Finally,the novice teacher lacks the thorough reflection.In school,the factors that affect the teaching reflection of primary school teachers include school factors(leader style,performance responsibility,training strategy of teachers,teachers' group)and teachers' own factors(academic level,teaching reflective belief,inquiry ability).According to the results of the research,the author puts forward suggestions to promote teachers' teaching reflection from school aspects and teachers' aspects.Primary school novice teachers should reflect on the relevant theories of learning teaching and strengthen the consciousness of teaching reflection.Secondly,teachers should strengthen their sense of reflection in Teaching.Teachers should actively reflect on Teaching activities.Thirdly,teachers should take the initiative to communicate and cooperate,and then forming reflective force.Fourthly,school should set up a platform for reflection and set examples of reflection.Fifthly,The school should guarantee the time of teachers' reflection and improve the system of Reflections and punishments.Finally,schools should provide learning resources and provide teachers with guidance on reflection.
