The Ministry of Education promulgated "ordinary high school biology curriculum standard" in 2017,pointed out clearly that attach importance to cultivate students' biology discipline including life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.Critical thinking is an important content of scientific thinking,it is very important to the cultivation of innovative talents.Effective cultivation of students' critical thinking can not only improve their ability to find and solve problems,but also enhance their self-confidence,promote their independent thinking,and improve their learning ability in the future.In biology class,the teacher through the sense of question,experiment demonstration,multimedia animation,the history of science,putting biology knowledge into the corresponding situation,on the one hand,can stimulate students' interest in learning,on the other hand,by thinking teacher questions,students began teaching experiments and experience scientists explore the journey of life,They learn to find,analyze and solve problems with a critical eye,improve their critical thinking ability and form scientific thinking habits in the future.Therefore,this study will create a variety of teaching situations in biology classroom teaching practice,in order to explore whether situational teaching can promote the cultivation of critical thinking of senior high school studentsFirst of all,through reading relevant literature,the author has a deep understanding of the research status and trend of situational teaching,sorting out the concept of critical thinking and the connotation of each dimension.Secondly,in order to understand the students' critical thinking level,the author in reference questionnaire is compiled on the basis of predecessors' research results,a key senior high school students in Harbin,tendency and skills of critical thinking in the investigation,survey of the students' critical thinking belows the average level,remains to be improved;Using interview method to understand the school teachers to the cultivation of students' critical thinking and understanding of the situation teaching,the results of the survey shows that teachers' understanding of the situation teaching theory is relatively one-sided,although will create the corresponding teaching situation in the classroom,in order to stimulate students interest in learning was not pay attention to the cultivation of critical thinking ability of students.In order to improve students' critical thinking level,the author puts forward the situational teaching strategy of cultivating students' critical thinking,and creates suitable teaching situations such as social life situation,experimental situation and visual situation in biology class to cultivate students' critical thinking ability.The author selects two classes with the same level of critical thinking as the control class and the experimental class.In the experimental class,teachers create corresponding situations conducive to cultivating students' critical thinking and adopt the situational teaching method,while the control class adopts the ordinary teaching method.After a semester of teaching practice,the author issued post-test questionnaires,through the analysis of survey data and observation of students' classroom performance,the author found that the creation of biology teaching situation can fully mobilize students' interest in learning and guide students to take the initiative to learn.The tendency and skills of critical thinking of the students in the experimental class were significantly improved,while the other class was not significantly changed.Therefore,it can be seen that the creation of appropriate teaching situations in the biology class can promote the cultivation of students' critical thinking to a certain extent.
