In September 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that some key problems restricting the innovation and development of science departments should be solved at a faster pace,among which the cultivation of innovative talents should be strengthened.Critical thinking is very important for the cultivation of innovative spirit.The basic framework of Chinese students' development of core literacy takes the ability of questioning and criticizing as one of the contents of core literacy.It can be seen that the cultivation of critical thinking is of great significance to the development of students' core literacy and the cultivation of students' innovative spirit.In view of this,this paper mainly aimed at the current situation of critical thinking level in high school biology teaching and the problems existing in the cultivation of critical thinking in high school biology teaching,carried out the strategic research on the cultivation of critical thinking in high school biology teaching.By analyzing relevant research literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the research progress of critical thinking,defines the concept of critical thinking,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,and determines the research method and basic research route.Taking Jining district as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of the critical thinking level of senior high school students by using the questionnaire survey.The survey results show that the critical thinking level of high school students is generally at a good level,but it needs to be further improved.Boys have higher self-confidence than girls;The critical thinking level of students in grade two and grade three is higher than that in grade one,and their thirst for knowledge in grade three is significantly lower than that in grade two.In addition,teachers have carried out the cultivation of critical thinking from the perspective of students,but the intensity is not enough.At the same time of the investigation of students,the interview method was adopted to investigate and analyze the status quo of the development of critical thinking training in high school biology teachers' teaching.The results show that teachers' understanding of critical thinking is not enough,the current biology classroom teaching mode and examination evaluation mode affect the cultivation of critical thinking,and teachers' mining of critical thinking materials in textbooks is not enough.In addition,the interview results show that although teachers respect students' different points of view,but the relevant activities are insufficient.On the basis of the above current situation investigation,combined with literature analysis and teaching practice experience,this paper puts forward the strategies for cultivating critical thinking in school management,teachers and biology teaching.School management should pay attention to the cultivation of critical thinking;Teachers should set clear teaching objectives of critical thinking training and dig deeply into biology textbooks and resources of critical thinking training in daily life.In addition,combining with the characteristics of biology classroom teaching and practical activities,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for cultivating critical thinking in different types of classes,such as new teaching,exercises,experiments and practical activities.In order to test the feasibility of the strategy,relevant teaching cases were designed and practiced during the education practice,which achieved a certain teaching effect and played a certain role in promoting the cultivation of students' critical thinking.Research shows that critical thinking in students play of the subjectivity,the cultivation of innovation spirit and practice ability and biology discipline core literacy has a very important role in the development,this paper put forward a new teaching,recitation,LABS,and relevant countermeasures of cultivating the critical thinking in practice activities,through the practice of case teaching certificate,can effectively promote students to improve the students' critical thinking.
