During the COVID-19 pandemic,schools all over the place are actively carrying out online teaching,in this way,the impact of the epidemic on teaching is minimized.Online teaching can ensure the normal operation of teaching activities during special periods and specific stages,but with the popularity of online education,some problems have also arisen,such as low efficiency of students' online lectures,low homework accuracy,and declined test scores.One of the main reasons for these problems is the uneven self-management ability of students,students with strong self-management ability,even online learning,through independent thinking,practice or timely communication with teachers,to clarify doubtful knowledge,achieve learning goals;Students with poor self-management ability,may not listen carefully during online classes,do things that have nothing to do with the classroom,seriously affect the learning efficiency.By reading the extensive literature on self-management abilitiy,to sort out the research status of self-management ability at home and abroad,it is found that in recent years,scholars from various countries have paid more and more attention to self-management ability,many educators have put forward relevant countermeasures to cultivate students' self-management ability,however,none of them clearly gave specific measures to integrate the training of students' self-management ability into teaching activities,a target evaluation system for cultivating students' self-management ability has not been established.Through questionnaires and teacher interviews,to understand the current situation of self-management ability of middle school students,to analyze the difficulties of middle school students in cultivating self-management ability,it is found that there is a lack of effective links to improve self-management ability in teaching,and there is a lack of implementable and quantifiable self-management ability evaluation indicators.This article improves the physics teaching process,integrates specific measures to cultivate students' self-management ability into middle school physics teaching,proposes feasible implementation methods for cultivating self-assessment,self-design,self-monitoring,self-evaluation and self-correction abilities of junior high school students,and innovatively gives the target evaluation system of students' self-management ability.Not only to ensure the quality of online teaching during the epidemic,it can also improve the effect of offline teaching,it has certain guiding significance for cultivating students' self-management ability in junior high school physics teaching.
