Learning motivation is not only the prerequisite for learners to actively participate in the learning process,but also the key to ultimately determine the effectiveness of learning.This study mainly discusses how to integrate ARCS(Attention,Relevance,Confidence and Satisfaction)motivation model into the extended experiment teaching of senior school physics,and respectively studies and formulates the incentive strategies corresponding to the four elements,to foster and enhance students' studying motivation for experiments.The study is mainly carried out in the process of analyzing students' motivation,designing incentive tactics,implementing incentive strategies and analyzing the results of quantitative methods.The dissertation mainly consists of the following parts:Among the introduction,the study background is mainly expounded,and the study status and deficiencies of the ARCS model in physics teaching and high school physics extended experiments are sorted out,based on this,the relevant research methods are introduced.In the second part,four theories closely related to the study are expounded to lay a theoretical basis for the smooth development of the study.The third part is the learner analysis.The data are collected by compiling the questionnaire on the existing circumstances of experiment teaching and expanding experiment demands.From the analysis,the motivation questionnaire suitable for this study is compiled to directly measure learners' motivation level,and the motivation state of the survey sample is analyzed to dig out the matter of students' studying motivation.The fourth part is the development of physics extended experiment course and the design of motivation and incentive tactic.Integrating students' needs for different extended directions,some senior school physics extended experiments were developed,and homologous encourage tactics were customized for the four dimensions of ARCS model according to students' actual situation.The fifth part is the teaching design and tactic analysis.By the complete instructional design of "Newton's third law" and "verifying the existence of geomagnetic",this paper deeply discusses how to stimulate students' four dimensions of ARCS model in the teaching process.The sixth part is the effect evaluation of implementing motivation motivation strategy,including motivation measurement results analysis and students' academic performance analysis.The results show that the motivation incentive strategy of ARCS model can significantly improve students' studying motivation of experiment,and can indirectly promote they records.The seventh part sums up the findings,innovations and insufficiencies of the study work,and looks forward to the future study work and direction.
