This study developed three questions base on Keller' s ARCS motivational model to examine the effects during IT class on applying the motivational strategies of inspiring.1. The strategies of ARCS motivational inspiring are applied in grade 7 to solve the interface problems of software operation from primary to junior.2. The relevance and confidence of ARCS motivational inspiring is applied in grade 8 to implement the synchronic teaching of the students with different IT level.3. The effect of the satisfying strategies on applying ARCS is studied to grade 10.The results of this study were as follows:1. It could be effectively prompted learning result if the ARCS Motivational Strategies of inspiring were applied in grade 7. The two classes examined were obvious different through the table of CIS of Motivational Measure.2. The different students have been relevance and confidence in study of grade 8, and prompted learning interest of the students.3. There has been the obvious different for the examined classes through the table of CIS of Motivational Measure, when the Satisfaction on applying ARCS were in the courses of high school grade 10.
