| Home contradiction is an important obstacle to the harmonious development of home relationship.The prevention strategy of home contradiction can guide the main and deputy class teachers to strengthen mutual cooperation and jointly prevent the home contradiction at different stages and types,which is the action guide for the main and deputy class teachers to strengthen class management and interpersonal communication.The prevention strategy of home conflicts in this study is aimed at the potential stage,germination stage,rising stage and extinction stage of home conflicts,aiming to help the principal and deputy class teachers to clarify and master the prevention strategies of home conflicts in different stages,and prevent the further expansion of conflicts.Grasping the master and deputy class teachers to deal with the home contradictions and common types of prevention strategies is conducive to guiding the master and deputy class teachers to better carry out the work of class parents and promote the healthy development of children.In this study,the current situation of the teachers and the common types of home conflicts between the main and deputy classes were investigated.The questionnaire was divided into four dimensions,namely,planning strategy,judgment strategy,coping strategy and reflection strategy.The coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.974 and the KMO value was0.987,indicating that the questionnaire reliability validity was very good and can be used for application.In this study,620 questionnaires were distributed,and 615 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 94.6%.On the basis of the questionnaire,the interview method and the case analysis method deeply investigated the prevention strategies of the teachers in the main and deputy classes to deal with the home conflicts.The study results show that the following:1.The overall prevention strategy of the main and deputy class teachers to deal with home conflicts is generally good.There are extremely significant differences in age,in teaching age and position,and in the nature of classes and kindergartens.Among the dimensions,the coping strategy has the highest score,the judgment strategy and reflection strategy,and the planning strategy was the lowest.2.There are different dimensions in the home conflict prevention strategies of the primary and deputy class teachers in different demographic variables.(1)Planning strategy has significant differences in teaching age and age;and has differences in position.(2)Judgment strategies have significant differences in teaching age and age;and differences in position.(3)Coping strategies have significant differences in teaching age and age;differences in the nature of positions and kindergartens.(4)Reflection strategies strategies have significant differences in teaching age and age;significant differences in position.3.There are many common types of home conflicts for the principal and deputy class teachers,and the top four types according to the frequency are as follows: injury accident type,habit formation type,education and teaching type and health care type.The problems presented in these four common types of home conflicts are:(1)injury accident type:inadequate safety management and emergency treatment,danger insight and injury tracking formalism;(2)habit formation type: conventional education and oral advice,home cooperation and model demonstration consensus;(3)education and teaching type: educational concept and demand mismatch,educational content and educational consensus;(4)health care type: emergency plan and accident summary,unclear reporting process and emergency treatment... |
