With the development of current educational and teaching ideas,educational system,and family educating environment,the concept of family education,the importance of home school cooperation has been increased.To adapt to these changes,the state has issued more detailed guidance on it,schools also incorporate it into teaching plans.This is not only consistent with the development of our quality based educational philosophy,but also satisfies parents' demands for the right to know,participate,express and supervise in school education.Moreover,it helps schools mobilize all social forces to form the resultant force of education.However,due to our laws guide the family school cooperation from the macro level,and the school takes a single form to cope with the superior examination,the cooperation between family and school can' t play its active role.Consult the literature,it is found that current scholars tent to be in the stage of compulsory education,specifically aimed at less high school.These findings show polarization:either the content of the elaboration is overly broad,or reduce content to an example of using a medium.From the perspective of head teacher' s word,this paper studies the cooperation between family and school in senior high school.It helps enrich the current research materials and theories in the academic field.By reading literature,interviews and questionnaires,this paper investigates the 2016 and 2019 class teacher' s home school cooperation work of the Xinhui first middle school.The contents of the survey include:the current way of cooperation,the time and content,the participants and their attitudes towards it,and so on.After the sorting and analysis of data and interviews,it is found that there are six problems in the current home school cooperation work conducted by high school head teachers.The head teacher is the main problem oriented in the work,and because of lack of support,the work lacks enthusiasm.Parents passively accept school arrangements,resulting in a single opportunity to participate in cooperation,and they are tend to exaggerate personal needs and form educational resistance.Students cope with the education of school and family in a confused way,and misunderstand of home school cooperation.Analysis of three levels of class teachers,parents and students,there are three cause of these problems.Firstly,the pressure of public opinion leads to the conservatism of school work.And the work of class teacher is too busy to take care of the innovation.Secondly,the constraints of modern family structure lead to parents' difficulties in participation.And deviations from parents' educational ideas deviate from the original intention.Thirdly,students lack the opportunity to participate in family school cooperation,resulting in identity integration difficulties.And treatment measures trigger the defense mechanism of students.These problems can not be effectively solved,which will hinder the development of home school cooperation in high schools.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward three solutions,including an omni-directional mechanism for the participation of the main body,multi-level activity deployment mechanism,a wide range of institutional security mechanisms.The specific content includes eleven measures.For example,drop-teacher system mobilizes the enthusiasm of the class teacher,parents enter the school to increase their participation opportunities,the smart campus project breaks the closed enclosure of home school,special activities increase the sense of participation of the main body,excavating the resources of local educating people.In addition,carrying out class activities on the basis of school co-ordination,and improving the evaluation index of work.Promoting the development of the cooperation,it is necessary for teachers,parents and students to cooperate with each other and innovate their work.We also need guidance services such as education department,street community,women's federation and so on.Only in this way can we form a social support network.
