Many schools in our country don't pay enough attention to physical education.The common problem is that they don't have enough physical education or don't have enough physical education.Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,it has become more and more important to improve the physical fitness of students and to exercise actively.But many schools do not pay attention to the current situation of sports has not changed.Our country has promulgated a lot of school sports policy documents,put forward the requirements of "open Qi open enough" physical education,but the problems still exist.Lack of adequate physical education has gradually become the main obstacle to the development of school physical education in the stage of compulsory education in China.This paper first defines the standard and connotation of "open Qikai foot" physical education,investigates the current situation of "open Qikai foot" physical education in Xiangtan primary school,analyzes the restrictive factors of "open Qikai foot" physical education in Xiangtan primary school,and puts forward the guarantee path of "open Qikai foot" physical education1.The standard of physical education in primary school stage includes that the contents of courses should be "all in one",and that in the actual process of physical education curriculum development,all grades and classes should be "all in one",and the students in the actual class should be "all in one".Based on the analysis of the current situation of primary school physical education in Xiangtan City,the contents of the curriculum are mainly sports skills learning and physical training.The development of extracurricular sports is not comprehensive,especially after class physical exercise and sports competition.Xiangtan primary school classes and grades in the actual development process of physical education also failed to "open together",the participation of students in the process of curriculum development is not ideal,the phenomenon of asking for leave is more prominent.2.In primary school,the standard of "full opening" physical education includes "full opening" in class hours,"full opening" in sports events,and "full opening" in students' exercise.Based on the analysis of the current situation of physical education in primary schools in Xiangtan City,it is found that the class hours are not enough,the class occupation is serious,the interval exercise time and extracurricular activities are not up to the requirements,and the setting of physical education items is not enough.The small amount of exercise in physical education has become a common phenomenon.3.The main factors restricting the primary school physical education in Xiangtan City are teachers,venues,cognition,students and management.4.In view of the problems existing in the physical education of primary schools in Xiangtan City,this paper puts forward the guarantee path of the physical education of primary schools in Xiangtan city.The path of teacher guarantee includes increasing the introduction of physical education teachers,strengthening the teaching staff,increasing the training,improving the level of teachers,expanding the sources of teachers,and developing "third-party" teachers;The guarantee path of sports facilities includes the development of sports facilities,the sharing of sports facilities on campus,and the opening of public sports facilities to schools;Management guarantee path,including changing the concept,improving the status of physical education and health curriculum,management guarantee,home school guarantee;The path of fund guarantee includes meeting the actual needs of schools,establishing scientific and reasonable budget and funding methods,updating ideas,creating an ideological environment for self financing,expanding publicity,and actively accepting social sponsorship;Safety mechanism guarantee path,including strengthening students' safety education,cultivating students' safety consciousness,improving school sports injury risk prevention mechanism,strengthening the combination of home and school,reasonable setting of preventive measures.Establish and improve the school medical security institutions.
