Research On The Path Of Improving College Counselors' Professional Ability Under The Background Of "Three Full-Education"

In the new era,the Ideological and political education of college students insists on moral cultivation as the fundamental task,aiming at solving the fundamental problem of what kind of person to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom.To carry out the Ideological and political education of college students by adhering to the“Three Full-education”is the internal requirement of cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors,and cultivating new people who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation.College counselors are the mainstay of Ideological and political education of college students.They play an important role as educators,administrators and organizers in the work of college students.Therefore,the professional ability of counselors is directly related to the growth of students and the high-quality development of the school.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the path of improving the professional ability of counselors under the background of “Three Full-education”.On the basis of combing the basic concepts of “Three Full-education” and counselor's professional ability,this paper elaborates the necessity of improving Counselor's professional ability under the background of “Three Full-education” and the new requirements of “Three Full-education” for counselor's professional ability.Based on this,a questionnaire survey was conducted through the investigation of the students in five colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,we know that the work of counselors has been widely recognized by the students,but under the background of “Three Full-education”,their professional ability is still insufficient.Among them,under the background of “Whole Staff Education”,the ideological guidance ability and collaborative education ability of counselors are insufficient.Under the background of “Whole Process Education”,the guidance ability of counselors is insufficient.Under the background of “All-round Education”,the first classroom teaching ability,the second classroom practice ability and the network education ability of counselors need to be improved.From the macro level,the problem is that the college counselor system still needs to be deepened.From the middle level,it is because the college management mechanism is not coordinated.From the micro level,it is mainly because the Counselor's own comprehensive ability is insufficient.In the new era,college counselors shoulder the sacred mission,and their professional ability should be improved in combination with the background of the times,In order to improve the professional ability of counselors under the background of “Three Full-education”,we should focus on the construction of system and coordination mechanism,constantly innovate working methods and ideas,pay attention to self-improvement,and correctly guide the college students who are in the “jointing and booting stage” to set up lofty ideals and realize self-worth.
