The learning style advocated by curriculum reform requires students to participate actively.The primary feature of modern learning is initiative.Improving students’ autonomous learning ability has become an important goal of education and teaching.Teachers should guide students to learn autonomous learning,so that students develop autonomous learning ability.Based on the previous research results,this study tries to find ways to improve students’ autonomous learning ability under the guidance of compulsory education biology curriculum standard and new curriculum reform.The author finds that the guide case has the function of guiding students to learn actively,but with the wide use of the guide case,people also find that the guide case lacks vividness and intuitionism,which leads to the students learning more boring,low interest in learning,and the students’ initiative in learning.Micro video can give students visual impact,which is complementary to the guide case,and both can be used as auxiliary resources to guide students to learn independently.In view of this,this study applies the pilot case and micro video to the pre-class guidance module of junior high school biology,and tries to change the pre-class preview form of students,so as to improve the students’ learning initiative.The author first adopts the literature research method to search the relevant literature on the guide case and micro video in the knowledge network,understand the research situation and results of the guide case and micro video,and demonstrate the coupling of the two from the theoretical aspect.Secondly,the questionnaire method is used to investigate the current situation and problems of junior high school students leading school in biology class,and analyze the feasibility of guide case and micro video application to class preschool introduction module.Design a preschool model with by case and micro video.The organic combination of the two aims to help students enhance their interest in learning,so that students can actively learn and improve their learning efficiency.The experimental method is then used for validation.A comparison of the pretest results found that the average scores of Class 9 and Class 10 were 50.1 and 49.7,respectively.The pairing sample T was then tested with a P value of 0.211 with no significant difference.Therefore,Class 9 and Class 10 conducted comparative experiments for parallel classes,and strictly controlled the experimental variables.The traditional sense of class introduction was conducted in the control class,and the experimental class implemented the class introduction model of "micro video + guidance case" in this study.After a period of implementation,conduct a performance test and issue a questionnaire of the implementation results.The comparison of the front and posttest results found that the P value of the matching T test was less than 0.01,which shows that there were significant differences before and after the experiment and greatly improved.Through analyzing the questionnaire,it is found that students like the mode of "micro-video +guidance case",and their autonomy is improved.Mainly manifested in: First,students ’interest in learning biology has been improved,to improve the enthusiasm of students.Second,students ’ learning from passive to active,independent learning ability is improved.Third,under the guidance of the guidance case,we can effectively implement the preschool link and complete the preschool task.
