The famous educator Makalenko once said: "Love is the foundation of education,without love there can be no education".The essence of encouraging education is to use motivation to promote growth,use emotion to promote perfection,and use life and love to teach children to find the right way to grow with patience and appreciation."Desire for recognition and attention" is every young children's psychological needs,kindergarten teachers proper encouragement behavior can make the children's good change,enhance children's self-confidence and courage to inspire children's initiative and creativity,also can promote the children's personality development,meet the psychological needs of young children at the same time,teachers proper encouragement behavior also can improve teacher young relationship,enhance young feelings.But,in practice,the teacher's encouragement behavior there are many unreasonable place,such as some teachers was meant to want to implement encourage behavior for children,but don't know how to correct operation can conduct,and some teachers' error response approach didn't really arouse children's intrinsic motivation,reduce the effect encourage behavior education,As a result,when they encounter difficulties in life or study in the future,they lack good psychology to meet risks and challenges.Therefore,the researcher will take kindergarten teachers as the research object,adopt observation method,interview method and case analysis method,and conduct field observation,record,analysis and research on the encouraging behavior of teachers in the two kindergartens.Through the collation and analysis of relevant data,the researcher described and analyzed the status quo of kindergarten teachers' encouraging behavior from five aspects,namely,teachers' understanding and attitude of encouraging behavior,situation and frequency,form,content and object,timing and effect.Among them,the existing problems are as follows:first,teachers' encouraging behavior is not positive enough and sincere;Second,encourage behavior in a general and unitary form and language;Third,the content of encouragement is too inclined to improve ability;Fourth,encourage not to take children as the main body;Fifthly,teachers ignore the reflection on the effect of encouraging behavior.After analyzing the influencing factors,it is found that kindergarten,children,teachers and parents all have an important influence on teachers' encouraging behavior.Finally,the researchers put forward the following suggestions for kindergarten teachers: First,teachers should sincerely and enthusiastically implement encouraging behaviors;Second,the language and form of encouraging behavior should be specific and diversified.Third,teachers should encourage comprehensive content;Fourth,encourage behavior to have individual difference;Fifth,strengthen to encourage the theory study and effect reflection.
