Mind map,also referred to as the "mind mapping",is a kind of graphic tool used to express divergent thinking,which can effectively reflect the teaching content and guide students' learning.Today,secondary school students to learn heavy tasks,their thinking easy to ossification,it is difficult to live with knowledge,live with knowledge,can not think positively.Obviously,in the teaching process,raises student's thought ability,helps it to form the good thought custom is very essential.The Next Volume of Eighth Grade Textbook Ethics and the Rule of Law covers many fields,such as morality,law,national conditions,etc.It has strong theory,abstractness and strict inner logic.The author takes some middle school eighth grade student as the research object.in Hohhot as the objects of investigation,and gives out questionnaires and interviews to understand the application of Mind Map in Moral and Law Teaching.This article mainly launches from the following several aspects:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the application of mind map in the teaching of Morality and the Rule of Law.However,due to my limited academic research level and due to the lack of practical teaching experience,there are still many deficiencies in this study.The second part is the application of mind map in moral and rule of law teaching in the second volume of the eighth grade.It expounds what Mind Map is and the principles of drawing it.In the third part,the author investigates and analyzes the Application of Mind Map in the Moral Education in the second book of the eighth grade from the perspectives of teachers and students.According to theproblems existing in the use of mind map,the author tries to analyze the reasons from two aspects of students and teachers,and finds that the students are mainly because of their limited ability to recognize and apply mind map;the teachers are mainly restricted by two factors: teachers are greatly influenced by traditional teaching and teachers lack of relevant training of mind map.The fourth part is to address these issues,the author puts forward some suggestions: First,to strengthen students' awareness of mind maps;Second,to improve students' ability to apply mind maps;Third,the teacher must renew the teaching idea;Fourth,to provide teachers with training related to mind maps.Although there are still many deficiencies in this study,but I hope to provide some reference for the application of mind mapping in moral and rule of law teaching,and provide some enlightenment for future research.
