Since September 2019,the special booklet on rule of law education at the primary level has been officially put into use,providing a new text of law education in primary schools.However,in just one year of implementation,teachers felt that this book was a little difficult to teach,and there is still a long way to go to achieve good teaching effect.In order to understand the teaching plight in the actual implementation of the special book on the rule of law education in primary schools,the author took the opportunity of internship to step into the front line of teaching,and analyzed the reasons for the plight through the investigation of the current teaching situation of Nanjing X Elementary School,and put forward accordingly.Feasible solutions provide reference for other researchers and schools to explore.This research is mainly divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the background environment of the author's investigation,including the basic information of the author's internship school,the status of teachers and students in the school in daily life,the author's experience and feelings in the X elementary school legal education booklet,and the rule of law in elementary school The content contained in the education booklet is intended to help readers construct a spiritual world that is as close to the reality of the investigation as possible,so as to better understand the author's description of the current teaching situation of the X elementary school rule of law education booklet and the teaching dilemma in the next chapter.to sum up.The second part contains two chapters.It is the main part of this thesis.It introduces the current situation and predicament of X elementary school teaching,as well as the analysis of the reasons.The author conducted interviews with three teachers and three students,and found that in terms of the current teaching situation,X primary school has a lack of teaching and research activities on the rule of law education booklet,teachers lack legal professional knowledge,insufficient investment time,and students lack legal knowledge.,The main subject is under pressure,etc.From the current teaching situation of X elementary school,the author finds that teachers have difficulties in three aspects: "difficulty in interpreting textbooks","not understanding students' learning conditions",and " lack of ideological guidance ",while students have problems in "hard learning in class","the more you learn,the harder you learn",and the "no energy to learn" problems.When analyzing the reasons,the author analyzed the three levels of school,teacher,and student,and found that school decision makers are affected by both subjective and objective aspects.There is a tendency to not pay attention to the special book on rule of law education in primary schools.Teachers mainly lack time and energy,while students The main reason is the lack of legal knowledge.The third part is the author's suggestion and countermeasures to solve the teaching plight of the rule of law education booklet in X elementary school.It is elaborated from the three levels of teachers,schools and education administrative departments,and strives to improve the rule of law education booklet in X elementary school through the improvement of these three parties.The teaching effect provides a reference for other brother schools to improve.Through this investigation,the author has learned the real situation of the rule of law education curriculum in the front line of teaching.Although lamenting the huge gap between the country's emphasis on ideological education and the society's compromise on knowledge education,I am also surprised by the frontline teachers who are full of education enthusiasm.The unremitting search for the development of students' ideological level and improvement of students' living ability.The author believes that with the continuous development of our country,people will eventually jump out of the vicious circle of only using scores to prove excellence and enter the realm of paying attention to the growth of students' thinking.By then,the rule of law education course will eventually be squarely looked at and play its due role.
