The high school chemistry curriculum standards clearly put forward the core literacy of the five-dimensional chemistry discipline,and actively advocate the development of literacy teaching to achieve the implementation of the core literacy of the chemistry discipline.At this stage,how to cultivate and evaluate students' core literacy in chemistry in teaching is a hot issue for chemistry educators,and the use of real situations is an effective way of training and evaluation,which has been recognized by the majority of researchers.How to effectively create a real situation for cultivating and examining students' core literacy in teaching is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently,and it is of great research significance to propose an implementable strategy for the cultivation and evaluation of the core literacy of middle school students in chemistry from the aspect of real situation creation.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 103 high school chemistry teachers in 8 regions of Inner Mongolia to understand the difficulties existing in the creation of real situations by the front-line teachers of high schools in Inner Mongolia at this stage.According to the survey results,using the constructivist learning theory and the situational cognition theory,the strategy of creating real situations to effectively develop and evaluate the core literacy of chemistry is explored.Developed three teaching cases of "Sodium and Its Properties","The Protagonist of Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials-Silicon" and "Redox Reaction",provided a good understanding of "Sodium and Its Properties" and "The Protagonist of Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials-Silicon" two cases were taught in a key middle school in Hohhot City.The study found that the current high school chemistry teachers in Inner Mongolia have "not strong awareness of the creation of real situations and little time investment","incomplete understanding of the role of creating real situations in teaching,and poor literacy performance"," the material of real situations is single and the creation way is limited ","insufficient use of real situations to carry out the evaluation of core chemistry literacy" and so on.In view of the problems found in the survey,this paper puts forward the real situation creation strategy of "strengthening resource construction and selecting real situation materials conducive to the implementation of core literacy;improving their own ability and designing the creation method conducive to the cultivation of core literacy;establish literacy evaluation concept and designing the literacy evaluation method with real situation as the carrier".The teaching practice effect of the two cases of "The Protagonist of Inorganic Non-metallic Materials-Silicon" and "Sodium and Its Properties" show that the proposed teaching strategy has great effects on students' "macro identification and micro analysis","evidential reasoning" and "scientific attitude and social the core literacy of the three dimensions of responsibility" has obvious training effects.
