With the deepening of the new round of basic education reform,the basic education of our country has entered the era of "core literacy'",which is a new "declaration of war" against the knowledge standard and a new dawn of basic education reform.The importance of learning evaluation in curriculum reform has always been attached importance.Evaluation is related to the effectiveness of curriculum reform,and the implementation of curriculum objectives can not be separated from the help of learning evaluation.In addition,the construction of learning evaluation system is also a key part of curriculum reform,which not only plays the role of promoting the all-round development of people,but also plays the role of talent selection.Based on the in-depth analysis of high school chemistry curriculum standards(2017 edition),this study establishes teaching objectives according to content standards,and evaluation objectives according to the level of academic quality standards 1-2.Based on the Current Textbook(people's education edition)and a large number of excellent teaching cases,this paper designs questions based on real or complex situations,using the six dimensions of Wiggins's understanding learning as the Working Framework This paper attempts to transform the examination of core literacy into the observation of students'explicit learning behavior.Following the above-mentioned design route,the author comprehensively analyzes the educational requirements,curriculum standards,teaching materials,learning conditions and other factors of the core literacy,and takes each chapter as a large unit to refine the big concept,namely the core concept,and takes each class hour as a small unit The design reflects the situational problems of the core concepts and forms a learning evaluation system covering the compulsory two.The evaluation system has been reviewed by experts,and all the indicators have reached excellent and good level.In addition,this study illustrates the use of the evaluation system with a reverse teaching design case.As a resource of teaching and evaluation,this learning evaluation system starts from the characteristics of chemistry subject,and extends from the evaluation of knowledge-ability goal to the full implementation of the goal of core literacy.I hope to make a contribution to the development of students' core literacy,so as to achieve the goal of "promoting teaching by evaluation and learning by evaluation".
