Background: Integrative neuromuscular training refers to comprehensive strength,speed,sensitivity and other quality exercises.Middle school is a key stage for the development of various physical qualities of adolescents.Appropriate selection of various forms of training methods and contents will help to develop sensitivity in the body.Effectively improve various qualities during the period.Methods: This study mainly adopts the experimental method.40 basketball team students from Harbin No.8 Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=20)and the control group(n=20)for 8 weeks(3 times a week).)intervention training,the experimental group received integrated neuromuscular training,and the control group received routine basketball training.The test scores of special physical fitness and basketball skills were collected before and after the experiment,and the test results were shown as the mean ± standard deviation(X± SD).Paired samples T test was used before and after the experiment within the group,and independent samples T test was used for the test scores between groups.Before and after the experiment in the experimental group,3/4 full-court acceleration running,17 times of reentry running,squatting,bench press,vertical jumping on the spot,T-shaped running,full-court comprehensive dribbling layup,and 1-minute self-shooting There was a significant difference in the score of rushing and shooting(P<0.01).After the experiment,the two groups were tested in 3/4 full-court accelerated running,17 reentry running,squatting,bench pressing,vertical jumping on the spot,and T-shape.There were significant differences in running,full-court comprehensive dribbling and layup,and 1-minute self-shooting and self-shooting(P<0.01).Results: Before and after the experiment in the experimental group,3/4 full-court acceleration running,17 round-trip running,squatting,bench press,vertical jumping in place,T-running,full-court comprehensive dribbling layup,and 1 minute There was a significant difference in self-shooting and self-snatching shooting scores(P < 0.01).After the experiment,the two groups were tested for 3/4 full-court accelerated running,17 reentry running,squatting,bench press,and vertical jumping with both feet on the spot.,T-running,overall dribbling layup and 1-minute self-shooting and self-snatching shots were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion: The integrated neuromuscular training program meets the development needs of adolescents in the sensitive period of physical fitness to a certain extent,and 8 weeks of integrated neuromuscular training can effectively develop specific physical performance and basic basketball skills.Conclusion: The integrative neuromuscular training program meets the development needs of adolescents in the sensitive period of physical fitness to a certain extent,and 8 weeks of integrative neuromuscular training can effectively develop specific physical performance and basic basketball skills.
