Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Basketball Talents Training In Youth Campus In Urumqi

Since the CBA 2008-2016 season,the Xinjiang Men's Basketball Team has won Today,Xinjiang basketball,whether it is a coach or a player,is an important supporting force for Chinese basketball.Xinjiang basketball has also developed rapidly in the past 30 years.However,from the composition of the team members,there are only a few local players among the players.As we all know,campus basketball is the most important part of the training of reserve talents for competitive basketball.Therefore,strengthening the training of basketball reserve talents in Xinjiang is an important guarantee for the long-lasting basketball in Xinjiang.This study is based on the 16 members of the high school junior high school basketball league in the 2017 Urumqi Middle School Basketball League and the 17 th junior high school team members and coaches.The literature research method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method and case study The comprehensive application of analytical methods and other research methods,comprehensive analysis and research on the campus basketball talents in Urumqi,starting from the actual situation in Urumqi,the final results are as follows:First,the comprehensive quality of coaches in the basketball training of youth campuses in Urumqi is low.More than 50% of the coaches do not have the level of coaches;more than 80% of the general normal colleges graduate,no sports professional experience,contest experience Insufficient;and Urumqi City rarely conducts coach training classes,and the middle school coaches have a poor sense of self-directed learning,which greatly limits the development of coaches.Second,the situation in Urumqi is not ideal.The middle school team can participate in fewer competitions.Some schools can only participate in one competition a year,which has led many schools to abandon the youth basketball program.Third,the strength of the middle school team in Urumqi is more serious.Because the excellent players are concentrated in several strong schools,it has caused a certain degree of monopoly mode.At the same time,other middle schools have not recruited good players.The team's strength is insufficient and it has not been able to achieve the desired results for a long time.Fourth,some school leaders in Urumqi have a low degree of attention.They do not support and encourage the formation and training of basketball teams.This has led to the frequent formation of teams participating in the competition.At the same time,there are still problems such as insufficient team funding,poor site facilities,and lack of indoor training halls in most schools.Especially in winter and summer,players cannot guarantee sufficient training time.Countermeasures for the training of basketball talents on the campus of Urumqi: 1)Implement policies and form institutional guarantees;2)Relying on the new culture concept to enrich the source of members of the school team;3)Avoid the "Matthew effect" to achieve balanced development;4)Improve the competition system and increase the number of competitions;5)Pay attention to the training and exchange of coaches,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of coaches;6)Introducing social resources to strengthen the training of basketball talents on campus;7)Advocating the comprehensive development of weak chemical training contradictions;8)Strengthen the star effect and attract more young people to participate in basketball.
