Campus basketball is an important part of school sports activities,and it is also the key to strengthen the physique health and cultivate basketball talents.In order to strengthen the construction of basketball teaching staff in the background of the current campus basketball,improve the efficiency of teachers' work,and promote the reform and development of campus basketball programs.On August 11,2016,the general office of the ministry of education officially launched the "special training program for youth basketball backbone teachers in 10 provinces and cities of China" in the capital sports institute.The author through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to participate in "2016" national primary and middle school campus basketball backbone teacher training of 50 basketball backbone teachers and schools in sichuan in 2016-2017 year to carry out the campus basketball situation and investigated the factors influencing the campus basketball to carry out,use the data and information analysis,find out the existing problems and the insufficiency,is intended to provide the campus basketball smoothly after intentional reference opinions,also to the further development of the national primary and middle school campus basketball puts forward constructive Suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The ratio of male and female teachers is unbalanced,the higher professional title is less,the degree is more objective,the age is younger and the learning opportunities are more.Often participate in basketball teachers is the main force of this training,long engaged in fixed number of year of the basketball teaching and training,led training motivation simplicity of teacher is more,a few teachers' basketball specialized technical level and the cutting level is higher,the basketball theory knowledge,sports professional theories is weak.2.Give priority to public participation school level comprehensively,the school leadership attaches great importance to the strong degree is high,physical education teachers,the teachers and the basketball teachers equipped with done,school students more,part of the school basketball court is not up to standard,lack of form a complete set of equipment of extra-curricular sports activities does not guarantee that.3.Before and after training,the school campus basketball in the number ofstudents,number,time,teaching content,the main forms and the main source of basketball contest funds way etc all have increased.The number of weekly school basketball lessons is increased from 1 to 2 times,and from 30 minutes to 45 minutes,mainly from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.The content of teaching has been increased to seven by halo,transmission and projection.The main form of campus basketball is the most obvious increase in skill challenge;The main source of funds for campus basketball competition is the growth of campus basketball.4.After the training,the regions,cities,counties,and schools are very supportive of the development of campus basketball.There are more schools that set up campus basketball organizations,set up special basketball classes,set up basketball special funds,and set up basketball teams.They also organize basketball leagues and schools across the campus.In the league,there are more teachers who have achieved excellent results.5.After the training,the basic situation of the teacher and the basic situation of the school are obviously correlated with the development of campus basketball.Most of them are of low positive correlation,and only a small percentage of them are negatively correlated.The overburden of students' academic burden and the lack of support from parents are the most important factors restricting the smooth development of campus basketball activities and campus basketball competitions.
