Teachers’ field learning promotes teachers return to the field where education occurs to learn,to establish a connection with educational life through embodied participation,and to realize the mutual integration of work and learning.Classroom teaching is the basic composition of teachers’ work and life,providing teachers with a natural learning field.We need to clarify how teachers’ field learning occurs in a specific classroom teaching and how teachers can achieve effective field learning in it.In view of this,the study focuses on exploring the occurrence mechanism and realization path of teachers’ field learning in the classroom teaching.The study starts from theoretical exploration and practical investigation.On the basis of sorting out and reflecting on relevant literature,analyze the theoretical basis,essential characteristics and practical value of teachers’ field learning in the classroom teaching.Through questionnaires and interviews,understand the basic cognition of teachers’ field learning in reality,analyze the motivation,process and conditions of teachers’ field learning in the classroom teaching.The above are used as the theoretical basis and practical basis of the study.Based on theoretical exploration and practical investigation,the study concluded that,Firstly,teachers’ field learning in the classroom teaching is based on the contextual learning theory,embodied cognition theory and "social culture-activity" theory,and presents the characteristics of participatory learning,situational learning and life-based learning,and promotes professional growth of teachers and all-round development of students.Secondly,in work,teachers have various field learning activities,but there is a cognitive bias towards field learning in classroom teaching;teachers can prepare,reflect and communicate through field learning,but the effect of it is not ideal.Thirdly,teachers’ field learning in the classroom teaching is a collective activity that occurs in a certain social and cultural field,and is a continuous and systematic process triggered by the classroom teaching field.Guided by the contradictions and goals of classroom teaching,teachers enter the field with goals.In the field,it is a situational learning by tools,which is embodied in the process of intelligent reaction in self-classroom teaching field and the process of assimilation and adaptation in others classroom teaching field.Teachers are rewarded after experiencing continuous field learning,generating personal classroom teaching theories and building classroom teaching adaptive mechanisms.Fourthly,the effective operation of teachers’ field learning is inseparable from the subjects,objects and tools of field learning.The teachers need to establish the concept of work-learning integration,and improve the power of insight,understanding and transformation.Be based on the field and see through the content of the field,to be good at finding and dare to create classroom teaching problems.Effective field learning needs that build field learning platform,create the management-evaluation-transformation mechanism to form a good field learning system.
