Teacher reflection is a very impicit thinking activity,which can not be observed by others,on the inside of teacher individuals.How can the research on reflection be possible?The research is based on the premise that the individuals’ reflection can not occur independent of action or there are different degrees of interaction between them(the reflection has a positive influence on action).The logical and speculative methods will be adopted by the research on the occurrence mechanism of teacher reflection and the research will deduce the occurrence mechanism of teacher reflection from the teacher individuals’ external actions.The occurrence mechanism of teacher reflection,as the core concept of research,is a relatively general,relatively stable and relatively basic route,which is abstracted from series of different and concrete occurrence routes of reflection.And the occurrence mechanism is followed by each individuals’ reflection in all situations.On the concrete research idea,the research logic which is converse to occurence logic(motivation---process----outcome)will be adopted by this research.And the research will deduce conversely the outcome of teacher reflection from the action,then deduce conversely the process of teacher reflection,finally deduce conversely the motivation of teacher reflection further.The chapter 2 discusses the outcome and process of teacher reflection.The reflection can faciliate the improvement of teacher individuals’ action,because of the output of some special outcome----structural cognition.The outcome has the advantages of stablity,generality,hierarchy and disadvantage of rigidity.The further study on the outcome can be divided into three questions:how can it emerges?How can it renwews?How can it disappears?And the three questions constitute the elements of the process of teacher reflection:construct,reconstruct,deconstruct.The chapter 3 discusses the motivation of teacher reflection.The motivation not only acts as the role of actuate and regulate reflection activity,but also will be reinforced by the reflection activity.The motivation of teacher reflection derives from the need which is characterized by the the lack of significance or non-equilibrium state.However,the need can not constitute the motivation solely,because the object to satisfy the need is also required.The formation of motivation of teacher reflection follows the forming route of "motivation=need+object".The chapter 4 will use the the occurrence mechanism of the teacher reflection to explain the dynamic reflection in concrete situations.
