A history of science can introduce students into the concepts and processes in the field of science and assist students to comprehend science.It plays an important role in biological science teaching.The implementation suggestions of< The Biology Curriculum Criteria for Regular High School(in the 2017 Edition)>clearly put forward that we should pay attention to the study of the history of Bioscience and the essence of science.Biology education between China and Russia is closely related in history,but there are few comparative studies on Biology Education between the two countries in modern times.This paper aims to find the strenths and weaknesse of China's education in the history of science from different perspectives and promote the reform of China's biology education textbooks by comparing the contents of science history in senior high school biology textbooks between China and Russia.Based on the comparison of Chinese and Russian textbooks,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of China's education in the history of bioscience,command the current teaching situation of the history of bioscience in senior high school,find out the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,provide reference for senior high school biology teachers to carry out the education in the history of bioscience.This study is the first time in China to use the methods of content analysis and comparative research to study the biology textbooks of grades 10-11 published by Russian Education Press??????????and the textbook of high school biology compulsory 1 "Molecules and Cell" and compulsory 2 "Heredity and Evolution" published by the people's education press.The textbook is compared from the following five aspects:the quantity of the history of science,the presentation position and form of the history of science,the compilation logic of the content of the history of science,the prominent content of the history of science,local scientists and scientific achievements.Through the comparison of teaching materials,it is found that the teaching materials of people's Education Edition and Russian Education Edition are relatively abundant in the content of history of science.Among them,there are many teaching materials columns of people's Education Edition,the content of history of science exists in each column,there are few teaching materials columns of Russian Education Edition,and the content of history of science is concentrated in the " main text".Even though both Chinese and Russian textbooks focus on the theme of "Heredity and evolution",the Russian education edition textbooks are more prominent.The history of science about local scientists and scientific achievements in the Russian Education Edition is more abundant than that of people's Education Edition.In order to investigate the current situation of the history of bioscience teaching in china's senior high schools,this paper formulated two questionnaires(teachers‘ version and students‘ version)based on the comparison results of the above teaching materials and literature review results.The contents of specific investigation are: teachers' degree of understanding and ways of understanding about the history of science,teachers' teaching situation by using the history of science,teachers' evaluation about teaching of the history of science,students' degree of understanding and ways of understanding about the history of biological science,students' situation of learning in the history of bioscience,the effect and evaluation of students' learning in the history of biological science.This research took two middle schools in Dezhou City,Shandong Province as the survey scope,45 senior high school biology teachers and 250 senior three students were selected to send out questionnaires and recycle them.It is found that teachers are proficient at the history of Science in the teaching materials and they can also proficient in teaching the history of Science;Students can also recognize the value of the history of science and show interest in the content of the history of science,but there are still some problems in senior high school's education in the history of bioscience.Based on the comparison results of Chinese and Russian textbooks and the survey results of the current teaching situation of the history of Bioscience in senior high schools in China,make the following conclusions:The content of biological science history in the textbooks of People's Education Edition and Russian Education Edition is really abundant,but there are obvious differences in the position of presentation,the mode of presentation,the logic of compilation and prominent teaching content of the history of science.People's education edition textbooks pay more attention to the to cultivate students' various abilities in utilizing the history of science,excavate the unique teaching value of the history of science,cultivate students' scientific thinking and scientific exploration,and finally achieve the training goal of core literacy.Russian textbooks pay more attention to the knowledge content of the history of science and emphasize the learning in the knowledge of the history of science;Make use of local scientists and scientific achievements to cultivate students' sense of national responsibility and sense of pride.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the overall situation of teachers utilizing the content of history of Science in People's Education Edition Textbooks is showing good trend of growth.This paper hope to provide support for the compilation of biology textbooks in China's senior high school and provide teaching reference for senior high school front-line teachers,and promote China‘s education development in the history of bioscience to go a step further.
