| Most studies have targeted on a way to alleviate the negative mental,physical and emotional stress of the carers of the aged with disabilities at the individual level thanks to long-run care activities,however there's still a scarcity of analysis on the role stress of the carers,particularly those that are "double-headed" and "sandwich generation"."However,there's still a scarcity of analysis on the role of carers,particularly the 'double-hung' and 'sandwich generation' of offspring carers.a way to fitly and fairly alleviate the numerous kinds of role conflicts arising from long-run care activities among the offspring carers of the disabled aged is a crucial space of current analysis.This paper adopts a qualitative analysis approach to develop case services through a generic model of welfare work.With the assistance of role conflict theory and person-in-situation theory because the theoretical basis for analysing cases,and supported architect and Rizzo's analysis on role conflict,and taking into consideration the particular scenario of the service users,we tend to classify role conflict into overload,adaptation and expectancy varieties,and use stress-The case study relies on architect and Rizzo's study on role conflict,and takes into consideration the particular scenario of the purchasers,classifies role conflict into overladen,adaptational and expectant,and uses stress-coping theory and basic measures to resolve role conflict because the method support for the case study.The case objectives were completed.The results of the case study recommend that the sharing of caregiving responsibilities may be a key intervention to alleviate overladen role conflict,and efforts ar created to explore communication and dialogue skills which will be applied to the resolution of family role conflict of disabled aged offspring carers,with a read to tributary to ever-changing the established order of existing analysis that emphasises theory over observe. |
