Scientific literacy education affects the improvement of national science and technology level and innovation ability,and determines the rise and fall of a country and a nation.The key to building a strong country in science and technology lies in the improvement of the scientific literacy of the whole people and the cultivation of high-quality talents.The quality of young people determines the development direction of the quality of the whole people.Scientific literacy is an important part of the comprehensive quality of primary and middle school students and an important training goal of high school curriculum.As a humanities discipline,the scientific literacy elements in Chinese textbooks have been ignored by educators and learners for a long time.With the increasingly prominent position of science and technology in the development of countries,the cultivation of scientific thinking and scientific spirit has been paid more and more attention.At the same time,Chinese textbooks have also increased the proportion of scientific literacy selection,especially the ministry-compiled high school Chinese textbooks used in autumn 2019,which pay more attention to the integration of this content.Based on this,this study is based on five Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education approved by the National Textbooks Commission of China in 2019,including the compulsory first and second volumes,and the selective compulsory upper,middle and second volumes.A systematic research is conducted on "Chinese science literacy selection",mainly answering the following four questions: what is the source and connotation of Chinese science literacy?How is the specific situation of Chinese scientific literacy selection in the textbook compiled by the Ministry?What are the characteristics of the selection of Chinese scientific literacy?As a teacher,how to realize the cultivation of Chinese science literacy?In order to solve the above research problems,this research is based on domestic and foreign documents and research results,the selection analysis framework used by predecessors,and uses the frequency statistics method and literature research method:First,define the concept of Chinese scientific literacy.Based on domestic and foreign documents and research,based on the Chinese Curriculum Standards of Ordinary High Schools(2017 edition),the connotation of scientific literacy and Chinese science literacy from the curriculum standards of various subjects of high schools.Scientific literacy in the high school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry includes four aspects: scientific knowledge,scientific thinking,scientific spirit and social responsibility,and determines four specific evaluation indicators of four core elements of Chinese scientific literacy,so as to make a good theoretical basis for the subsequent selection research.Second,analysis department edition of high school Chinese science literacy selection.The analytical framework of this study is determined by learning the relatively mature analytical framework used in the existing research and combining the characteristics of the compilation of the high school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry.From the analysis of the frequency,content,source and style of the selection,the frequency of the selection is the focus of the analysis: the proportion of scientific literacy selection in each textbook,the proportion of scientific literacy selection in the core elements,and the proportion of scientific literacy selection in each category.The characteristics of the analysis will be summarized after each analysis.Third,find out and summarize the overall characteristics of the high school Chinese science literacy selection articles compiled by the department.From the perspective of the proportion of scientific literacy selection in the core elements,scientific thinking and scientific spirit are the core and new aspects of the cultivation of Chinese scientific literacy selection Star: from the proportion of scientific literacy selection in textbooks and item types,the overall layout of Chinese scientific literacy selection;from the source and style of scientific literacy selection,bacon casting soul and history is the value orientation of Chinese scientific literacy;from the theme presentation of scientific literacy selection,it is the cultivation of Chinese scientific literacy selection.Therefore,it is worthwhile for the editor to adjust the proportion of scientific literacy in the selection and the proportion of the selection of scientific literacy: respect the diversity of sources and enhance the humanism of scientific literacy.Fourth,explore the realization path of the teaching of Chinese science literacy.Changing the traditional teaching consciousness and improving personal scientific literacy is the premise;exploring complex teaching mode,dissolving scientific humanities barriers is the foundation;focusing on hierarchical teaching design,and constructing scientific literacy system is the guarantee.
