School break exercise is an important part of the school physical education work,is the school physical education work regulations clearly stipulated content,is also repeated every day in the school sports activities.The sunlight sports in order to "health,sports,sunshine,the future" as the slogan,designed to attract the masses of young students go to the playground,walk in the sun,take an active part in physical exercise,physical health level was improved,at the same time,the ex-curricular sports activities should be brought into the education plan,forming system,push forward the sports form big recess.With full implementation of sunshine sports,the traditional big lesson hold the rendered brain-storming,broadcast gymnastics,running and so on can not meet the demand of students' growing exercise,as a result,schools need to reform the lesson hold,by performing countries to the specific requirements of the sunshine sports big recess,further enriched the contents of the campus sports culture,cultivating students' lifelong sports ideology.This study takes Yannan Primary School as an example,uses literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,according to the actual situation of the development of big break exercise at the present stage,through the analysis and research on the creation and practice of big break exercise in grade 3-4 primary school under the background of sunshine sports,the conclusions are as follows:1.Due to the limited space,the main content of Yannan primary school is broadcast gymnastics,running and other traditional activities as well as wushu gymnastics,self-compiled gymnastics "youth Training manual",popular dance,sports games and so on.The development form of the school's break is mainly freehand exercises,without equipment exercises,the development form is not rich enough.2.Grade 3-4 in primary school is the transition period from lower grade to higher grade.Students in this age group have improved their sports level,do not have too much learning pressure and psychological pressure,are willing to take the initiative to participate in group activities,and have a great demand for new things.In the creation of the big recess exercise,we should aim at the physical and mental development characteristics of grade 3-4 primary school students,combine the actual physical education of the school,according to the actual situation of the students' sports level,from the creation of the purpose,principles and elements of the creation of scientific creation.3.This set of big break exercises using light equipment: flag,enrich students' big break practice form,enhance students' enthusiasm for physical exercise,meet students' interests and hobbies,enrich the campus sports culture content,promote students' physical health.The suggestions are as follows:1.During the creation and editing of big class exercises,we should fully consider the physical and mental development characteristics of students,and choose the movement content and music style according to the actual situation of students,so as to ensure the scientific and fitness of the arrangement of big class exercises;On the basis of the various contents of the exercise,add the form of exercise,improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise,so as to promote the physical and mental health of students.2.Creation teachers should strive to improve their professional skills,continue to learn knowledge related to creation,timely pay attention to current popular information,and actively participate in the training and learning of relevant content.3.According to the current site situation of the school,arrange the content of exercises during the break according to local conditions.4.Increase the promotion of middle and primary school break exercise and the creation and programming of break exercise support,vigorously carry out relevant competition activities,mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in exercise,improve the quality of break exercise,create representative characteristic activities.
