A Study On The Creation And Compilation Of Recess Calisthenics For Pupils ——Taking The 34th Elementary School In Xi'an High-tech Zone As An Example

In recent years,a number of policy documents in China have pointed out that: "Primary and secondary schools should attract students to the playground,actively participate in sports activities,and ensure that students spend no less than one hour a day in school sports activities." At present,students' daily sports activities in the school are basically guaranteed,but how to better attract students to the playground,actively participate in sports activities,has become the focus of school attention.At present,some primary and secondary schools have begun to develop content to attract students to the playground,to create characteristic school sports activities.As an important part of school physical activities,it is necessary to constantly innovate and explore the content suitable for students.Based on this,this study explore new forms,with different operating piece of lesson hold at the same time,the same point location,under the collective organization in the form of the plait,each in with a music conforms to the elementary student's lesson hold each level stage,makes every effort to solve each level stage pupils in limited big recess activities,practice to conform the lesson hold,physical and mental development so as to attract students to the playground,The purpose of common practice and common improvement.This paper takes the creation and editing of the three levels of primary school students' recess exercises as the research object,and the 34 th primary school teachers and students in Xi 'an Hightech Zone as the investigation object.The method of literature,case study,measurement,investigation and other research methods are used.In the course of the creation and compilation of recess exercises,implement the guiding ideology of "student-centered" and combine the physical and mental development of pupils at all levels;Clarify the purpose and matters needing attention of creation,follow the principles and elements of creation,and explore creation methods;Conceive music duration,movement structure,movement intensity,movement difficulty;After the students' choice of music,"Day day up" and "Let's Paddle" two pieces of music for editing,determined as recess exercise music;Respectively to each level of primary school students recess exercises to create.After the creation,the teaching and exercise intensity were measured in the34 th primary school of Xi 'an High-tech Zone and the creation results were evaluated.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The creation and editing of recess exercises for primary school students is a bilateral activity combining theory and practice.From practice,according to primary school students' physical and mental development characteristics,sports ability,learning ability,the theoretical basis of the creation and editing of recess exercises.On this basis,the creation and compilation of elementary school students' recess exercises.(2)There are 10 steps in the creation and research of recess exercises for primary school students.To understand the physical and mental development of primary school students--investigate the basic situation of the school--the overall idea of recess exercises--determine music--create movements--teaching practice and modification--expert review and modification--analysis of complete movements--measurement of sports intensity--evaluation of results.(3)"Different exercises with the same song" is a new form of recess exercises for primary school students.That is,the recess exercises are organized at the same time and in the same place in the form of collective organization,and the same music is used to create and compile the recess exercises in line with the three levels of primary school students.(4)"Different exercises with the same song" is feasible.Through the teaching practice in the34 th primary school of Xi 'an High-tech Zone,it is proved that 100% of the teachers think that this form is suitable for the pupils' recess exercise,and 95.4% of the students like the self-compiled recess exercise.At the same time,the format became the school's signature calling card for recess sports.
