With the development of inclusive education,regular learning has become an important way of education for special students.While it brings benefits to the social integration of special students,the increasing popularization of regular learning also poses challenges to teachers' professional competence.There are many problems in the development of primary school teachers in regular classes.There are also concerns about the professional competence of primary school teachers in regular classes inside and outside education,but most of them ignore the characteristics of professional competence of teachers in regular classes and the dynamic change process in the process of competence.Based on this,this study takes the professional competence of primary school teachers in regular classes as the core issue to explore the characteristics of the professional competence of primary school teachers in regular classes and what factors affect these characteristics.In this study,the research object is limited to primary school teachers in ordinary classes with special students in ordinary schools.The research selects 8 primary school head teachers with different subjects,ages and professional backgrounds from a primary school in M District of Shanghai as the research object.Using qualitative research methods,mainly through in-depth interviews and observations to obtain the relevant information of the professional competence of primary school teachers in regular classes,supplemented by texts and literature to obtain other relevant information.After an in-depth analysis of the professional competence process of primary school teachers in regular classes,the main results are as follows: first,there are many contradictions and conflicts in the professional competence of primary school teachers in regular classes,that is,the contradiction and conflict of educational value orientation,the contradiction and conflict of teachers' role behavior,and the contradiction and conflict of students' identity orientation,The conflict and tension between them are the main characteristics of the professional competence of primary school teachers in regular classes.Secondly,there are multiple contradictions and conflicts in the professional competence of primary school teachers in regular classes.The professional competence of teachers is reflected in how to balance these contradictions and conflicts.The key for primary school teachers in regular classes to be better qualified for their profession is not that teachers eliminate such contradictions and conflicts,but that teachers can use existing resources to balance the multiple contradictions in professional competence and reconcile them to the extent in line with the current best interests,so as to achieve a relatively balanced state.Finally,the problems that primary school teachers in regular classes encounter in their professional competence are mainly in classroom teaching and class management.Among them,classroom teaching is the part where primary school teachers in regular classes have more contradictions and conflicts.This problem is mainly reflected in the contradiction between educational values and teaching practice and the degree of teachers' active response to the teaching challenges brought by special students;In class management,the problems encountered by teachers are also more complex.This problem is mainly reflected in the contradiction between educational values and class management practice and the degree of active response of teachers in coordinating the challenges of class management.In the process of classroom teaching and class management,the identity orientation of primary school teachers in regular classes to special students reflects the teachers' understanding of special students and the degree of initiative in the teaching process.Finally,based on the research findings,this study combs and condenses the main characteristics of the professional competence of primary school teachers in regular classes,that is,the reasons for a variety of conflict tensions: teachers factors,students factors,education management system and home school joint force,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to transform multiple tensions,mainly including concept improvement,mechanism improvement and community construction.
