In recent years,with the continuous promotion of "double reduction" policy,operation has become one of the research hotspots.How to improve job design to ensure job quality becomes the focus of attention.In this context,in order to explore ways to improve the design method of Chinese reading assignments in primary school,this thesis,by drawing lessons from overseas experience,based on PIRLS perspective,study the design method of Chinese reading assignments in primary school.This research uses literature research method,interview method,case design method and interview method to analyze the problems and causes of that in current design method of Chinese reading assignments in primary school,and to demonstrate the value of PIRLS applied to primary school Chinese reading assignment design.A design scheme for Chinese reading assignments in primary school based on the PIRLS perspective is developed and verified through specific cases.The research found that the problems in the current Chinese reading assignment design in primary schools currently include: lack of reading assignment design consciousness,incomplete reading assignment design process,limited reading assignment links,which can be attributed to the limitation of the design idea and skills and the singleness of the design method.Based on the PIRLS perspective,the design scheme of primary school Chinese reading assignment is formed with the purpose,principles,elements and design strategies of reading assignment design as the core.The purpose of reading assignment design is to strengthen the reading concept,perfect design method,establish reading strategies,enhance reading ability and literacy,and cultivate people through virtue.The design of reading assignments should adhere to the principles of purpose,inspiration and hierarchy.Reading assignment design includes seven elements: theme,goal,category,content,difficulty,quantity and evaluation.on which,eight design strategies are put forward: clarifying the theme of reading assignments,determining comprehensive reading assignment objectives,comparing and sorting out the content of reading assignments,presenting hierarchical reading assignments,setting the number of reading assignments,assigning reading tasks throughout teaching,adjusting the evaluation methods of reading assignments,and improving the design process of reading assignments.Eventually,taking a big tiger as an example,a design case of reading assignment from the PIRLS perspective is developed to further demonstrate the feasibility of the design scheme.Through the above research,we can get the following enlightenment to optimize the design of reading assignments: Firstly,give full play to teachers' subjective initiative and update the design concept of reading assignments;Secondly,deepen the purpose of reading assignment and ameliorate the design method of reading assignment;Finally,improve the reading assignment design scheme and improve the reading assignment design skills.
