In recent years,the physical health problems of adolescent students have gradually intensified.School physical education classes can promote the solution of physical health problems through diverse and efficient teaching content.Three-man basketball is a simplified basketball game,with low threshold,large audience,small load,simple organization and other characteristics,more in line with the practical needs of teenagers and physical and mental development law.This paper takes the influence of three-person basketball teaching on the physical health level of junior high school students as the research object,and provides practical teaching programs for solving the physical health problems of teenagers and entering three-person basketball into the classroom.The research methods adopted in this paper mainly include literature method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.The experimental subjects were students from two classes of grade 7 in a middle school in Shanghai,40 students from each class were selected as subjects,and marked as experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted the teaching content of three-man basketball in daily PE class,while the control group arranged the teaching content according to the teaching syllabus given by the school's PE teaching and research group.Before and after the experiment,the physical health level of the subjects was evaluated according to the National Physical Health Standards for Students(revised in2014),and the research results were as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of three-person basketball teaching intervention,the body shape(height,weight and BMI)of the experimental group had little change(P > 0.05),body function(vital capacity)was significantly improved(P < 0.05),and some physical quality indicators were significantly improved(P < 0.05).It was mainly reflected in speed quality,lower limb strength quality,waist and abdomen strength quality and endurance quality,but there was little change in flexibility quality and upper limb strength quality(P > 0.05).(2)after 12 weeks of three people basketball teaching intervention,the experimental group and control group of students in terms of body shape,body function difference(P > 0.05),and the index test in physical quality,part of the physical quality index significant difference(P < 0.05)or less,mainly reflected in speed quality,lower limb power quality,the waist abdomen strength quality,endurance quality,But there was no significant difference in flexibility and strength of upper limbs(P > 0.05).Through the analysis of the research results,the conclusions are as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of three-man basketball teaching intervention,the body shape indicators of the experimental group were improved,but the differences were not significant compared with the pre-test data.(2)After 12 weeks of three-man basketball teaching intervention,the physical function indicators of the experimental group were significantly improved,but there was no significant difference in the post-test results compared with the control group.(3)After 12 weeks of three-man basketball teaching intervention,some physical quality indicators of the experimental group were significantly improved,specifically in the waist and abdomen strength quality,speed quality,lower limb strength quality,endurance quality;Some physical quality indexes have been improved,but the changes are not significant,specifically in the upper limb strength quality,flexibility quality.(4)Three-player basketball teaching can promote the physical health level of junior high school students.
