Middle school is the link and bridge between teenagers and adults.developing the physical quality of middle school students is not only the strategic requirement of school teaching,but also the inexhaustible motive force for the country 's prosperity and development.Basketball course plays an indispensable role in physical education as a basic way to develop physical quality.Give full play to the collective,basic,competitive and interesting basketball course,improve students' enthusiasm and interest in physical exercise.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the teaching mode of youth basketball sports.However,China's physical education teaching mode has successively appeared multi-level teaching mode,game teaching method,small group teaching mode,segmented teaching mode and so on.On the basis of previous researches,the author tries to deeply discuss the influence of "Chinese healthy PHYSICAL education curriculum model" on middle school physical education,and further understand the characteristics and characteristics of contemporary students,so as to provide theoretical reference for school physical education.The Chinese health physical education curriculum model was put forward by Professor Ji Liu of East China Normal University,which emphasizes that the ultimate purpose of physical education curriculum is to improve students' physical health,strengthen students' physical fitness and master at least one skill and technology.In addition,it is strictly required to guarantee no less than 10 minutes of physical exercise in each class,keep the class center load at a medium and high level,and maintain the course density at about 75% of the activity type or competition type exercise.Different from the traditional teaching concept,the Chinese health physical education curriculum model pays attention to the characteristics of compensative,comprehensive and interesting.It not only promotes the physical quality of students,but also pays attention to the cultivation of the psychological quality of volitional quality and the courage to compete.In this paper,100 students of Shijiazhuang Foreign Language Education Group in stage 5were selected as the research objects.And according to the physical quality,gender,equalityof basketball skill level is divided into two groups(each group of 50 people),the experimental group students using Chinese health teaching methods for teaching physical education curriculum model,the control group with 2003 version of the traditional model of teaching curriculum standard teaching content,experiment teaching process in order to avoid the interference of other factors,two groups of students are under the "single blind status"(16 weeks)for a semester of learning and training.This paper explores the differences between the two teaching modes by using the comparative study and analysis method of experimental teaching.The following conclusions can be drawn by comparing the experimental results:1.The Chinese physical education curriculum model is not obvious in improving the body and weight of high school students,and the vital capacity index is significantly higher than that of traditional basketball teaching.2.Compared with the traditional basketball teaching mode,the experimental group of The Chinese health physical education curriculum mode has significant advantages in the three indexes of 50 m running,1000 m running and grip strength.3.Compared with the traditional basketball teaching mode,the experimental group of China's healthy physical education curriculum mode has a significant advantage in basketball skills index in dribbling index.Also,enhances students' personal happiness and self-confidence,improves their overall physical quality,and enhances their awareness of daring to compete and cooperate.The application of Chinese health physical education curriculum model can improve students' cardiopulmonary ability,physical quality and basketball skills,and meet students' various demands for teaching.It plays a positive role in promoting basketball teaching in middle schools.However,as a new teaching mode,it needs to continue to deepen and develop in some aspects and give corresponding Suggestions.
