Human beings have ushered in the "third-media-age" based on ubiquitous networks and characterized by immersive communication.The rise of social media has given birth to the continuous evolution of reading forms to socialization and socialization.It was born in the Z-generation of intelligent social media.The reading pattern of Z-generation college students has also undergone major changes.It is of great significance to explore the social behavior influencing factors of social reading of generation Z-generation college students for the current development path of reading industry.Taking the social reading social behavior of Z-generation college students as the research object,the research has been carried out successively from three aspects:influencing factor model,influencing factor configuration,and social behavior model.First,through the research data of 28 expert surveys and user interviews,the grounded theory is used to construct a model of the influencing factors of social reading social behavior of Z-generation college students.Secondly,on the questionnaire data of 122 case samples,based on the qualitative comparative analysis method(QCA),the necessary conditions and key combination conditions of the social reading social behavior of Z-generation college students were explored.Third,based on a 30-day virtual ethnographic field investigation,a new model of social reading with the vision of "immersed society" is proposed.Finally,the full text is synthesized,and targeted and differentiated countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the social reading platform and the university library.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The model of influencing factors of social reading social behaviors of Z-generation college students is divided into 3dimensions,corresponding to 7 condition variables respectively.The intrinsic motivation dimension includes self-realization,social communication,and product value,the self-awareness dimension includes self-presentation and privacy awareness,and the objective condition dimension includes reading level and attention.(2)The social reading social behaviors of Z-generation college students cover five typical configurations: self-output,spiritual satisfaction,knowledge and action,value performance,and efficiency-driven.(3)The “immersed society” reading social behavior model of Z-generation college students has the following four evolutionary trends: reading media has been replaced by social media with fragmented audio-visual functions,reading users have multiple identities of transmitters and audiences,and the composition of reading content In a sub-cultural community dominated by mainstream culture,the effect of reading is mass communication with all beings reading together as the core.This paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)For social reading subjects,promote the mechanism of famous teachers leading readers,and exert the influence effect of "One Belt,One Reading".(2)For social reading objects,strengthen the construction of smart libraries,and tap the "book-based" second creation function.(3)For the supervisors of social reading colleges and universities,deeply integrate social chain elements to create a "closed-loop campus" reading community.(4)For the social reading digital industry platform,3 product improvement and marketing strategies are comprehensively given:Isolate social and tool attributes,and rely on the product to return to reading immersion;Provide gamified virtual scenes,and collaborate with technology to empower the reading metaverse;Reshape the structure of bookshelves and book lists,purify the atmosphere and improve reading tolerance.
