Study On Social Network Of Female Entrepreneurial Enterprises In Western Minorities From The Perspective Of Grounded Theory

In 2015,public entrepreneurship and innovation were first written to the government work report.With the introduction and promotion of macro entrepreneurship policy,the scope of the entrepreneurial group is increasing.The number of female entrepreneurs is increasing,and the importance of them is becoming more and more important.To promote the economic empowerment of women(especially women entrepreneurs)in the new normal is very important,it can make up for the shortage of labor supply of China,can play through creative and innovative women in the economy,promote economic growth mode transformation to innovation driven.Limited by historical factors and geographical location,the social and economic development level of the western minority areas is far lower than that of the central and eastern coastal cities.The funding conditions and infrastructure construction for innovation and entrepreneurship can not meet the needs of entrepreneurial enterprises.Generally speaking,the comprehensive strength of the western region is relatively backward in terms of capital,resources and manpower,and the overall entrepreneurial environment is poorer.On the other hand,the relationship between the past academic research more focused on family relations,education capital,material capital and female entrepreneurial capabilities and entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial quality,this article from the perspective of social network,characteristics and problems of exploring women in western minority areas to obtain information and resources of social relations,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Study found that through the four typical western minority women business case,the entrepreneurial network due to the impact of national culture,closeness and ethnicity is stronger;parents as an important part of the home network,select and cultivate the capacity of the western female entrepreneurial industry plays an important role.The support of the partner has great help to western women's entrepreneurship.Women entrepreneurs,women organizations in the entrepreneurial process of western minority women can play a positive role,but also brings the risk of homogeneous information in a certain extent.These problems are a bit of a hindrance to women's entrepreneurship.To solve the above problems,the government should build an official social network platform,gather network resources and strength,help the development of national industry,and actively guide the public opinion to face the significance and role of women entrepreneurship.In addition,it is necessary to improve the support institutions and the family responsibility of women.Besides,the women's mutual aid organizations such as the women entrepreneurs association should play a positive role in the channel,and understand the difficulties of finding women entrepreneurs in time,and solve them through collective efforts or uploading reports.Most importantly,female entrepreneurs,as the main body of entrepreneurial networks,should strengthen the construction and maintenance of social networks,and actively plan for information and resource channels for the development of enterprises.
