With the popularization of smart education and the arrival of the era of big data,higher requirements have been placed on teachers' data literacy.Starting from sorting out relevant frontier researches on teacher data literacy at home and abroad,this paper aims to explore the status quo and influencing factors of data literacy of ideological and political teachers in middle schools,and comprehensively use questionnaire survey and interview methods to provide theoretical basis and theoretical basis for front-line ideological and political teachers and their educational units.Practical reference.At the theoretical level,construct and improve the data literacy evaluation index system for middle school ideological and political teachers,and broaden the subject scope of the teacher data literacy evaluation framework;at the practical level,from the perspectives of government departments,social education institutions,schools,and teachers,to cultivate middle school ideological and political teachers.Provide solutions to the dilemmas faced by data literacy.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter elaborates the background and significance of the topic selection of this research,the theoretical basis related to data literacy,the research design ideas and main research methods,including the selection principles of research objects,by sorting out the literature review.The second chapter introduces the concept,connotation,evaluation framework and other related researches of teacher data literacy;the third chapter focuses on the research core of the data literacy evaluation framework for middle school ideological and political teachers,and focuses on the development of relevant cutting-edge theories and tools,including the basis for the setting of dimensional indicators;The fourth and fifth chapters are the core chapters.The author uses SPSS26.0 to conduct descriptive statistics and correlation analysis on the questionnaire statistics,and combines the interview content to comprehensively analyze the status quo and influencing factors of data literacy of ideological and political teachers in my country's middle schools.The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook,reviewing and reflecting on the innovations and deficiencies of the research results,and providing suggestions for improving the data literacy of ideological and political teachers by analyzing the practices of teachers,schools,social institutions,government departments and other relevant subjects.
