Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,China's education information has made significant progress,Big data as the core of information technology is promoting the development of education information in depth,which leads to a new education reform,and the professional development of teachers is facing great challenges and opportunities.More and more people begin to explore the issue of teacher professional development from the background of big data,but there is a lack of focus on"disadvantaged subjects" such as information technology in the backward rural areas of the west.So,the present situation of the research on professional development of teachers in rural junior middle school under the background of big data are discussed,related research to rich rural teachers professional development,reveal the information technology of rural junior middle school teachers in the professional development of the problem,and to put forward strategy of information technology in rural junior middle school teachers professional development in different dimensions.This study analysis the related research contents of teachers professional development,the "middle school teachers' professional standards(Trial)" as the framework,put forward the junior middle school information technology teachers'professional development content,from the three dimensions of professional idea and teacher's ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation of professional development status of information technology in rural junior middle school in Qingzhen are investigated.The results showed that the overall situation of the professional development of rural junior middle school teachers in information technology is relatively good.However,there are some problems,such as the marginalization of information technology in junior middle school,the imperfect teacher professional development system,the lack of professional development path,and the lack of awareness of self professional development.Based on the above problems,combined with the background of education informatization in Qingzhen is vigorously "big data + education" development,the professional development strategy of rural junior high school information technology teachers is put forward.This paper consists of five chapters,the contents of which are as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces the background,significance,research status,research contents and methods of research at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly expounds the related concepts of "big data +education" and the theory of teacher professional development,and puts forward the content of junior high school information technology teachers' professional development under the background of big data.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the present situation.Through the relevant investigation and analysis,to understand the current situation of junior high school information technology teachers professional development and some problems.The fourth chapter is the professional development strategy of rural junior high school information technology teachers under the background of big data.From the four dimensions of subject development,professional development,external environment construction,personal professional development,and role orientation in the development of "big data + education",this paper puts forward the professional development strategy of rural junior high school information technology teachers.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Summarize the research results and analyze its characteristics and shortcomings,and finally put forward the further improvement of the local and future research directions.
