With the continuous advancement of curriculum reform,it?s very important to carry out scientific proposition based on the discipline literacy,to guide the implementation of examination and evaluation with curriculum standards,and then to guide the growth of teaching and learning.In order to research the strategies of high school biology proposition based on curriculum standards,this paper studied the high school biology proposition based on SOLO theory from the perspective of key competencies.The research process and results are as follows:Firstly,I used the questionnaire method to find the quality of high school biology daily test questions in S city and the current situation of teachers' proposition,The results of the survey showed that the daily examination papers of biology in senior high school is an important tool to evaluate the learning effect of students,and the usage of test questions occupies a certain frequency.However,most of the test questions are insufficient in the development of students' key competencies and the survey showed that teachers have a positive attitude towards proposition research,but there are few proposition practices,and there are difficulties in theoretical research of independent proposition.Secondly,in order to inspire scientific proposition,the case analysis method is used to analyze the 2019-2021 National College Entrance Examination Paper I Biology Test from five dimensions: Situational sources,,Biological concepts,factual knowledge,SOLO level and discipline literacy.The characteristics of the National College Entrance Examination Paper I Biology Test of the 2019-2021 are summarized as follows:(1)Focus on core concepts and help to form life concepts;(2)Examine the level of scientific inquiry and scientific thinking based on the characteristics of the discipline;(3)Highlight the value guidance and reflect the social responsibility;(4)Have clear hierarchy of difficulty and reflect the requirements of "Four Wings".Thirdly,based on the theoretical analysis and the study of College Entrance Examination questions,this paper has put forward the proposition strategies of senior high school biology based on SOLO theory from the perspective of key competencies,including three parts: proposition basis,proposition principle,proposition process and methodology.Finally,based on the proposition strategies,a set of College Entrance Examination simulation test paper is formed and tested to feedback the quality of the test questions.I used the experimental research method to test in three classes Grade Three of Senior High School,and used the mathematical statistics method to count the students' test scores,then compared the statistical results of students' scores with the diagnostic test scores of College Entrance Examination in S City two weeks later,I found that there is no significant difference between the corresponding indicators of the two test scores.To some extent,which reflected the similarity between the quality of the test questions and the quality of the diagnostic test questions in the city.
