Biology is a subject closely related to real life.In the biology curriculum standards,high school biology education should pay attention to the connection with real life,namely.Biology life-based teaching means that both teachers and students are rooted in real life,pay attention to life phenomena,guide students to develop themselves,be good at discovery,and then improve their lifestyle and improve the quality of life in.Make high school biology teaching life can improve students 'interest in biology learning,improve students' understanding of biology related concepts,make complex and difficult problems and concepts intuitive and simple,promote students to find phenomena,solve problems,and improve the efficiency of classroom learning.However,in the current high school biology teaching,due to the pressure of urgent performance improvement,teachers mainly emphasize the memory of biology concepts in teaching,but pay little attention to the life of biology teaching.Therefore,high school biology teaching life related research is very necessary and meaningful.On the basis of reading the literature,the author first expounds the research background,research significance,research status quo,theoretical basis and development status quo of "life-based teaching".The author to Mr Rousseau's naturalistic education theory,Mr Spencer's education theory and Mr Dewey education theory,Mr Tao Xingzhi education theory,homlinsky's education theory and humanism theory,using the literature research method,comparative research method to understand the current domestic and abroad about the concept of "life" research status.Then,the concepts related to the biology core literacy and the implementation of the "life" in the high school biology classroom teaching are discussed,and finally,the life teaching case based on the core literacy concept is implemented in the internship unit.Investigation and observation method is adopted to explore the significance of life-based teaching based on core literacy from the needs of teachers and students.The core literacy questionnaire of the experimental class and the control class was compared and analyzed through the life-based teaching practice based on the core literacy concept,and the test results of the experimental class and the control class after the practical life teaching case were compared and analyzed,as well as the feelings of individual students in the experimental class.The teaching practice results show that the life teaching of high school biology based on core literacy can improve students 'core literacy of biology,and students' examination scores can improve significantly,which has a positive impact.Students are enthusiastic about learning biology,positive attitude towards learning biology and great interest in learning biology.The ability to put forward and solve problems has been improved,which also has a positive impact on students' living ability.The author believes that it is necessary,feasible and effective to implement life teaching based on core literacy in high school biology teaching.
